El Charro Mexican Food is a restaurant located alongside the interstate (I-40 East) in #amarillotx. Maria took good care of us, and my fajita came with two fresh made tortillas and the quality of food is excellent. We obviously took extra leftovers! We both enjoyed our dinner at the El charro Mexican restaurant here in Amarillo Texas.This restaurant is just down the street from the RV park we are staying at The Big Texan RV ranch.We both wanted the chile verde plate that comes with beans and rice but I also had a huge hankering for the shrimp cocktail, check out the pictures.The shrimp cocktail was just loaded with shrimp and avocado and tasted fantastic.There were quite a few locals there also so you know it's a nice place to eat. I would definitely recommend this place.
