Had my daughters birthday and reserved the back room had 1 server for 30 people and he did a amazing job with just him …the manager helped us out with our tv channels for people that wanted to watch different things it’s my second time going there and will be going back

Had a wonderful time at El Patron cellebrating my niece's 18th birthday we had a amazing server named David who was a real life super man and the manger Raul was awesome sauce. Thank you guys for making our night fun!

El Patron catered our function last weekend and charged us more than they quoted. Their employees were on the dance floor dancing at our function which they should not have been. Also El Patron does not support Police Officers or Military. We will not give our business to El Patron ever again.

My friend and I have been close for almost 40 years..I wish I could say the same for the salt shaker lid at El Patron. After it dumped a mountain of salt on my friends fajita's, the manager& staff's "solution" was to take her plate to the kitchen, rinse off the fajita meat, slightly rinse the onions and peppers, replate it all and bring it back. NO offer to comp the meal, NO fresh food, NOTHING. Well, that's not completely true. Raul did offer to comp our drinks on the next visit🙄 I guess when you've been around as long as we have, you come to expect a certain basic level of service, but we were CLEARLY asking for too much today. A big "Thanks😒" to the manager on duty, Raul for winning our "I couldn't care less" award along with putting a stain on his bosses business..but hey,at least he didn't have to refund $20, right?

The service was good, I didn't wait long for anything. The food was average. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was the best thing I ate. It was super favorable and had just the right amount of spice. The Chile relleno was ok. The ground beef enchilada was underwhelming as the ground beef was not seasoned at all. The taco was disappointing. You would think they would fry their own taco shells but unfortunately not. The ground beef in the taco was not seasoned either. Overall the food was eatable but not what I expected.

Excellent service, our waitress was above and beyond. Best service we've had in years. Food quality, quantity, and taste excellent as well. Very reasonably priced. Excellent lunch and drink specials.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Worst place I have ever been and I'm from Amarillo. Pictures looked good but the food and service was horrible!!!
Had issues with the drinks tasting like water because the supposed to be Frozen drinks were half ice due to being mixed as ordered instead of being an actual FROZEN drink.
Next my grandson and son in law both ordered the hamburger, my grandson got a double and my son in law got a single patty and very little portion of fries. Called the Manager to the table, and got the run around about it must have been mixed up and they could bring out another one. Who wants to wait another 35 to 45 minutes for more food? She then got the supposed to be the Owner, she was worse than the Manager. She gave no type of compensation for the mistake and raised her voice, saying she cooked the food and it didn't take 35 to 45 minutes. Poor Poor service!!! NEVER WILL GO BACK!!! Do not recommend to anyone. Food was very salty and the enchilada sauce tasted old.

It has been a long while since I have eaten here. Not since the OG location on 45th!
Always been one of our favorites just happened to be every time my wife would want to go I would be out of town or something. But oh man was it worth the wait!
