I go to the Fazoli’s in Amarillo mainly because of Stan. He is genuinely the sweetest worker there and you can tell he truly loves his job. He always has a positive attitude, is so welcoming, and makes every visit better just by being himself. Stan is hands down the best worker there. He puts in real effort and treats customers with so much kindness, which is rare these days. Stan is honestly the only reason I keep coming back, and Fazoli’s is lucky to have someone like him. He deserves appreciation.

I ate at these in Arizona so I thought I would give it a try. Ther breadsticks were way too mushy and buttery. Ther lasagne was ok, but I've had better. The spaghetti was bomb, so it's there best dish.

Amarillo doesn’t have the buffet but the food is just as delicious as I remember. This maybe a fast casual dining experience, but don’t forget to tip the staff.
Came in and was automatically greeted with so much kindness! Stan (the cashier) is an awesome guy! He is a fantastic example of great customer service!!!! He deserves a raise!!!! Tried out the stuffed shrimp shells and it was delicious! Everything was clean in the lobby and the rest of the staff were great too!
