Went through the drive-thru and it was my first automated experience! The lady who took my payment was super nice even though it took them a while to get it together due to shift change she compensated more for that than anyone I've ever known she was so sweet and she gave me two bread sticks to munch on while I waited. Now the food!? Absolutely incredible! Hot, saucy and heavy portions. I love Fazoli's!!

I ordered the chicken Parmesan and the chicken was clearly not a real chicken breast, but rather pressed chicken parts and then deep-fried. And the marinara sauce is pretty flavorless. If you are at all health-conscious, this is a place to skip

Very family friendly place with typical and accessible Italian fare. It was nice. Not phenomenal, but the service was good and my daughter LOVED the bread sticks.

Tables were extremely sticky. Food was slightly warm and the pasta was dried out bad. Bread sticks can be used as a baton as hard as they were. Do not recommend coming here had to take my food to the counter was extremely pissed. Instead of a refund got a meal voucher thing why the hell would I want old food that's gonna eventually kill someone?
