Went through the drive-thru and it was my first automated experience! The lady who took my payment was super nice even though it took them a while to get it together due to shift change she compensated more for that than anyone I've ever known she was so sweet and she gave me two bread sticks to munch on while I waited. Now the food!? Absolutely incredible! Hot, saucy and heavy portions. I love Fazoli's!!
Me and my son came to have lunch it was a wonderful experience Everyone was so kind and the environment was clean the food was 10 or of 10 recommend thank you guys for making our day better I pray the lord will continue to bless your business and increase you business keep up the good work ❤️
My coworkers and I went for lunch after a frustrating work morning and Stanley at the counter was so incredible! He absolutely made our days and we will be coming back because of his outstanding customer service!
