I went into Fengcha while service was slow. I was the only customer in the place and I put in an order for 3 drinks, one of those drinks I paid to have extra boba. While the worker was making my order a group of 3 people came in and got in line to order. The worker got my attention and let me know they were OUT of boba so the 2nd scoop I paid for, I wouldn’t be able to get. Seconds later another Female worker scooped 2 large scoops of Boba into a cup for one of the 3 people that ordered after me. When I asked the male worker making my drink about it he said he wanted to make sure everyone had boba for their drink. So he was trying to “ make the boba stretch” this is BULLSHIT. I as a customer that is not my responsibility for me to worry about if they have enough for everyone that’s on them. I PAID for extra so extra is what I Expect. I didn’t “Stretch” my money so I expect what I paid for. First come, First Serve. WORST SERVICE IVE HAD HERE IN A WHILE. Very DISAPPOINTING

The smell as soon as you open the door is absolutely transporting! The inside is comforting, relaxed, and familiar. The Bobas are as delicious as they are beautiful. The spoon clanking by the workers reminded me of a gong. Also loved the reusable cups.
They have the worst customer service ever. The Asian lady that took our order was so rude and acted like we were asking for free drink. Reading other reviews, I’m not surprised that we weren’t the only one experienced their rudeness. would never be back here.

Love the boba here. Cute place to hang out. The drinks are so good. The cheese foam is elite. The decore of the store is always so nice and updates. Any of the drinks here are always good. Make sure to sign up on the app to get rewards!
We get drinks from here once or twice a month now. They're always friendly and the boba is fresh and tasty. I typically get the Overflowing Grapefruit, unsweet with aloe. I like the Lemon Black Tea, too. The desserts are a nice treat. Often order in the app and pick up at the drive thru. Highly recommend.Parking: Free parking in retail strip lot.
