Excellent service. Very sweet and kind employees. Upon arriving 1hr prior to closing they welcomed us and provided exceptional service. The restaurant was nice and clean including the bathrooms. Would highly recommend this location.

This place gets zero stars from me manager taking order cut us off mid order to tell us the total and to pull up when we didn’t get finished ordering the first sandwich had an ugly attitude and when I did complete my order and got to the window she snatched my card out of my hand and I asked if there was a problem she starts yelling and I asked for the manager she said it was her and I asked to speak with someone else she completely disregarded my request and continued with her attitude I told her I am also a manager and she needs to work on her customer service especially being a manager. All I wanted was a sandwich from my favorite place and get disrespected by a worker who is not even in the appropriate attire hair everywhere needs to be put upcorrectly, tighter or in a hair net. Someone fire her🤦🏽‍♀️ just disgusting behavior from a grown individual coming from an 18 year old manager herself.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Firehouse Sub I've ever had. The drinks are good. But, at the time, they were out of Cherry Lime. It was also very cold in there for older folks. Otherwise, the food, atmosphere, and service were great!

This location is disgusting. We went in early afternoon and it was not busy at all. There were flies EVERYWHERE and almost every table in the dining room was dirty with food and trash on the floor.
Several employees standing around talking and not working or even attempting to provide customer service. One did bother to wave the dozen of flies away from the food in the pick up area.
Then I found a hair in the lettuce of my sandwich... I would have loved to address this with a manager, but it was evident that there was not a capable one present at this location.

Online, I ordered a southwestern salad with gluten free chicken. When I went to pick it up I asked the cashier if she could confirm it was GF and she had no idea even after reading my order. She had to get a manager to confirm my order was correct. The manager said all their chicken tenders are always gluten free so that’s a big plus for future orders! The salad was delicious!
