I got a snowball drink today and it was terrible! It tasted like steamed milk, no flavoring, not even a coffee taste, just pure milk. I’m so upset since I live so close, first time was a bust. With so many coffee shops around, I’m not sure I want to visit again. Got one for my friend to surprise her and asked if she felt the same way about her white chocolate mocha and hers tasted just like milk too. Bummer.

No one acknowledged us as soon as we walked in so we started ordering. He did not care that we were there and obviously didn’t know how to make a coffee. The beans are burnt and it taste awful. I couldn’t even drink it. The last 3 times I’ve been to this coffee shop I haven’t had a good experience maybe they need to have better training with making coffee since that’s the whole point of being there.

This is a small local coffee shop. I was not greeted upon entering. I asked what part of the counter to go to to order. The response was given without a smile and a quick and quip "over there, we'll get to you in a minute ." After waiting five minutes with no one in front of me, they finally got to me. I asked about a menu item and without looking up the barista said "we don't have matcha." Really rude! Unacceptable service. I left and went to Palace Coffee where I was greeted with a smile, my questions answered kindly, and I left feeling like a valued human.

Coffee was delicious. I went in near closing time and the girl was putting the leftover muffins in a plastic box. She just sprayed and wiped down the tray from under the muffins with a dingy looking white rag while resting it on top of the edge of the trash can. There was a large sink behind her that would have been easier and more sanitary. I will never eat anything from here.

Honestly....there is too much to type. Bad experience each time we have gone here. Have really tried to chalk it up to an individual moment each time and tried to come back to...well, try again. We won't be coming here again. It is a headache ordering anything here, being over charged for extra drinks we didn't ask for, being rudely corrected on "verbage" when asking for breve or particular flavorings to be added. And then in the end to not get the drink we asked for and spend more than 5 minutes trying to get right from the start (and it's 2 flavors and 1 type of milk...nothing wild like whatever these kids are tossing in drinks on tik toks)I just wanted coffee, man lol not a headache.

Coffee is perfect. They have their espresso machine dialed in. Could use some treats, especially some kind of gluten free offering. But the coffee was spot on and worth the 5 stars even without anything to eat.
Avid iced caramel macchiato drinker- this iced white mocha is amazingggg! Beats Starbucks by a mile!! Very clean place and super quick.
