Flamingo is the only place I can find our island food, Mofongo. It is very delicious, and I recommend trying it. However, mofongo is not meant to be spicy. If the chef removed the spiciness, it would be authentic Puerto Rican food.

This is one of my most favorite places to eat out at. There’s not many places I trust to eat at here in Amarillo and this is one I can trust. The food as well as the service is very consistent. The girls that have been there for a while now are always really professional, helpful as well as kind. I definitely recommend this place.

saw great reviews on Google and decided to try it out and omg the food was amazing and the horchata was very good too I had to get me a to go horchata cause it was so good definitely recommend the birria tacos those were so good full of meat and the consume was very tasty as well
