Love the quiche meals. Generous portions. Have cash on hand or else you’ll need to visit the nearest atm to get your baked goods. Delicious chocolate croissant as well.
True French bakery great French bread and croissants.
We love the pastries here! The chocolate croissants are delicious!
Absolutely amazing. The owner is very business like which I don't mind - I'm pretty sure it's just her and her husband and I know (coming from a family with bakers) managing a bakery takes a lot of time, effort, and money. It's not a very profitable trade at all so I'm thankful they put forth so much work to bless us with such awesome and authentic French baked goods. ☺️?
Best Eclair I have ever had! I get one nearly every day!!
This place has been open for 20 years! Why are we just finding out about it? The "Real Deal!" Both ate in and took treats to our motel the last two days. Taking a care package home for our kids to enjoy today. Highlight of our 5 day stay in Amarillo.
I love Frank's! The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! Celine that works the front is so kind and helpful!!
Great place!!! Excellent quiches ( my favorite is the Spinach) you must try, you won't regret it !!!
absolutely love this bakery, freshest ingredients around. The sweet lady at the front is personable and really cares about her customers. Try the a quiche it's the best I've had anywhere and the desserts are so tasty.
Great food, always fresh and amazing service !!! you must try it

They make great pastries, a slice of heaven, for those days you want to indulge. It's always the right balance of goodness, flakey crust, filling is not to sweet or tart, MMMMMM. My favorite thing there is the alpine, like a Baggett or French roll, but wider and softer. I use it to make garlic cheese bread, amazing. As well as tortas hogadas a Mexican delicacy from the Guadalajara in Jalisco Mexican. In Guadalajara they use a bread called birote, since I can't find that near by the alpine at Frank's Bakery is the closest thing I have. LOVE IT!!! They also offer a limited lunch menu. I've only had two items and they were great, I guess the secret to there success is the little things, they don't cut corners, the right balance of ingredients and the extra care they put into their products, old-world artesian. The only bad thing is they are only open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. So, don't snooze because you definitely will loose.
The lady in the front probably has some mental issues that we don't know about (you know the kind that can be mean even when they didn't want to be mean ) ,I thought I was the only one who noticed how rude she was until I read the reviews. I'm not going to lie, I love the pastries here a lot so I always come whenever I get a chance however, You can't miss out how rude the lady was in the front. She always slams things around, she never greets, she doesn't smile it feels as though she hated to be there. No cards you need to bring cash. All I hope is that she could hire someone nice to be in the front to take care of the services or it will ruin the business.
We always go here and the food is amazing, but today we went at the time we always do and the lady was super rude to us. She was out of everything and we asked for the things we always get. She started saying very rudely I have what’s out if u come on Saturdays u have to come early to get, even though we always come around 1!! Then we said thank u and turned to leave she was rude again, bye!!! If u don’t have something a customer wants don’t be rude to them! Just kindly say I’m out of that sorry. She lost my family of 5 customers and after telling my mom, grandma and uncle their not going back either. Be respectful of other’s!!!
Great food. Cook leaves promptly at 1. Quieces are limited,so get there early.
Great atmosphere with pastries so flaky you may even begin to cry. Better than France.
