Spent twenty dollars on a double cheeseburger meal with chilli cheese fries and feel like I got ripped off. Chilli cheese fries had been sitting for hours as well as the burger. The “double burger”came with paper thin buns which seemed soggy and had been sitting for hours. Sat in a drive through for ten minutes at the window just for this junk which should’ve cost 5$.

Go to Dairy Queen, Braums or even McDonald's for frozen treats before this particular Freddy's.

What is going on with fast food service? It's a rampant issue all over the place how bad it has been.

A $7 "concrete" that has two mix items in it barely had any whatsoever. I took it up on myself to take spoonfuls out and spread it out to find the elusive M&M or dust from the Oreo cookie. I found about a soup spoons amount between the two.

I don't have this problem anymore but I can empathize with a person who makes minimum wage... $7.25 an hour. To take the hour of your life energy to buy a Freddy's mix ice cream with two snack candies in it as a treat in these difficult times, and you get a $7 cup of vanilla ice cream with the ancestral winds of snack candy in the molecular structure of the ice cream is pathetic.

Not too mention when I walked into the store, it smelt like hot sewer gas.

They flatly refused to cook my onion rings for any more than their pre-set time. Which produces an undercooked onion ring. I'm absolutely floored. Worst service ever.

Stood in line for 15 mins, I understand being busy but at least take our order so we can sit down and wait. Instead we stood there and he told us he’d be with with us in a “minute” and proceeded to not help us or others with their wrong orders. Left to go to blue sky and had my order taken In seconds and were treated better than they did.

Got hair in hamburger, went to the desk to complain about it, one of the guys came to my table said I didn’t put it in there, they didn’t like it I was complaining about it, never going back there

Freddie's is a great place for lunch or sooner. The burgers are great and the thin fries are one of my favorites. The Custard is great also. I like the brownie sundae.

took an hour for my order to be ready from door dash, 2 dashers left bc they were taking so long and my 3rd dasher said they were making everything fresh. my fries were cold and stale. really disappointed.

Food is awful here. The quality is downright appalling. The female manager has no business working with the public. Abrasive, rude, demanding. You can tell the little Joy she gets from her life is belittling customers and telling them no. Skip this location and hit whataburger down the street.
