O.M.G. this place was sooooo good. My foodie belly was so impressed and happy. Everything homemade, green chili biscuits melt in your mouth 👄...the brunch burger is to die for. It's like the good, old local cafe we've all been waiting for with bustling local families and good vibes, food served with a smile. It is so hard to find places like this with a lot of heart and DELICIOUS food. What a gem in Amarillo! We will be back. 🤤

Update! Just visited again and got the treasure of meeting the owner Jessica this time. She and her cafe are still consistently incredible. Had a mouthwatering almond croissant straight from the oven. Thank you, Jessica and team!! Favorite spot on the way up to the mountains

DO NOT COME HERE!
Got there at around 11am so it was pretty busy as expected. We ordered right away at the counter and were able to find a place. We waited AN HOUR for our food! We were about to leave when someone came out with it. It was pretty cold, probably sat out for a while. I got huevos rancheros which were OK not worth an hour wait and husband got the Mexican burrito, which was all tortilla and cheese. Overall food was 4/10, we ate cause we were hungry. Will not recommend this place, there are other more authentic Mexican restaurants around the area and the food is actually good. Disappointed, service slow, everyone in the dining area was upset because the food was taking too long, and the food was not even that good.

We ate and then took a bunch of stuff to go. That's how good it is

Great place for breakfast!! Everything is made fresh. Their croissant sandwiches are made with croissants that are clearly fresh baked. The green chili in my breakfast burrito was fresh and definitely not from a can! They do so well with the little details. My family and I will definitely be back!!

It is so great to see a place not a chain restaurant and food and service were really good.

Cute little place with a nice outdoor area and really good food.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but you’ll enjoy the meal.

Food was great…salad and huevos rancheros, followed by cookies and a lemon bar.

Place was clean, quality food, and good folks running the place.

This place is perfect in every way from the sunflowers outside that reflect the name, to the clean interior and friendly staff, to the impeccable food and bakery items, you can't go wrong! The fresh vegetables that accompany most entrees are especially appreciated and tasty. We stopped here twice on our way to and from Colorado and will be back every time we come through Amarillo.

A small, oddly placed location, the literal definition of hole in the wall. Amazing food, baked goodies, it's super busy for a reason!! We've been there twice on our way through, worth the wait and sharing a table is always an option! We'll be back!

Very popular with the locals. Gluten free sweet potato scones, GF pancakes. Delicious eggs & bacon. If I lived here I would stop by regularly ❤️

Went in on Friday with my sister for a quick coffee, it was our 1st visit. They were busy but barely acknowledged me when placing my order at the counter, with no explanation about where it coffee was.The urns were un marked whether caffeine or decaff. Not friendly at all.Iam a senior and the place was very crowded so I left my group at our table, since there was limited walking space. Was given 3 glass plates with our cookies on them to carry to table by myself. When the attendant stopped talking to the other staff, she noticed I " might" need help, so she did carry the cups to the table & turned and walked away.Seems like not good customer service to me.I don't expected to be waited on hand and foot, but what's wrong with some people skills and common courtesy? I had been excited about going there because I read some good reviews , but sadly that visit will be my last.My sisters were leaving to go home from out of town& I hoped that would a nice place to take them right before they left.
