Went though drive thru to pick up mobile order. Was only car there, told to pull up to window- waited 15 minutes and never once was I acknowledged. When order was finally ready, girl walks up, opens window and says here. Not a single other word. I looked at her waiting for any other acknowledgement and she was clueless. Their employee signage reads "Don't just get it out, get it Right" - apparently customer service isn't part of getting it right. Got home - realized they shorted me chicken. WTH! Won't be back to this location.
