We arrived late but they took our money and seated us. A few minutes later they began dismantling the buffet. No ice cream, no steaks and many items became unavailable. This is the 2nd time.

Can’t recommend. I should have left when I noticed the AC was out , but I thought the dining room might be cooler. The drinks were placed before the ice In the line, so you get to splash your drink onto your hands when you add ice to it. They didn’t seat us and just said “there are tables over there”, but there wasn’t a table for our family, so we had to split up and sit at different smaller tables. The food was pretty rough…The worst I’ve had at a restaurant in years. The salad lettuce was full of water. The bathrooms looked like a crime scene. I think I’ve learned my lesson and will not try a Golden Corral again.

The service was great like always and the food was absolutely delicious!! The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and there was a man with a dog that my mom tripped over because it was undisciplined and no proof of being a service dog. The dog was in the middle of the isle and constantly pulling way from owner. It was over all one of the worst experiences ever!! We absolutely love this place and it saddens our family that it has come to this. No one in a restaurant should have to worry about tripping over a dog.

I wasn't used to having to get my own drinks and refills.
They did a great job of feeding all 114 of us! Food was hot and fresh, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for taking great care of us!!!

When i know someo e doing the Route 66 , i'll recommend this restaurant for sure . there was just 1 waitress at the back who wasn't friendly and was hiding her i stead of working and when it was araound 8 o'clock she was complaining that people were starting to eat . if i was her boss , i would know what to do .
