Very nice rooms and breakfast area. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good. Location was very conveniently located close to many restaurants and the way in/out to Colorado. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been staying at this location for over 10 years now. I've tried other hotels in the area, but this one is much more what I'm looking for. I am a bit OCD with room cleanliness, and notice a lot of the small details. The cleaning staff at this hotel do a fabulous job as compared to others in the area. With the location being just north of Business 40, it is also quieter than other hotels. The rooms are nice and the hotel has gone through a recent renovation.This last trip in January, I had some issues with my room, and the hotel staff (Gloria) was quick to find me another room. Varun does an excellent job overseeing things.The breakfast is about average, but that is more of just the Holiday Inn Express consistency throughout the country. The morning breakfast crew does their best and is always helpful.

The only positive thing we have to say about our stay is the staff is friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this is t the hotel. You can hear every door shut and foot step above your head. We had a volley ball team staying and although the staff was actively trying to get the girls to stop running up and down halls and jumping from room to room, it went on until 12:30am. At that point, finally noise calmed down, our ac unit started making a horrible noise. Staff was friendly and let us stay in another room but our sun had to sleep on a fold out after swapping rooms at 3:30am only to wake up again at 6am to a stampede above our heads. Total of maybe 5 hours of sleep for a 7.5 hour drive ahead of us to our home town.

Super impressed with this hotel. Staff were very nice. When I walked in the lobby smelled fresh and clean. Rooms were super clean considering pets are allowed. This was our second time to stay here and we will definitely be back.

It's conveniently located from the interstate and airport. It's also about expectations. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working.I was greeted at the front desk by a young person who was so very positive and that he did their best to make sure I got the room I wanted. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They suggested a local restaurant for a reasonable good tasting takeout, and it was outstanding. They also have returned to serving a hot breakfast. It was typical fare and was hot and plentiful. They had the usual good stuff where you make your own waffles and have sausage scrambled egg and fresh fruit, juice, muffins, bagels, and stuff like that. I have to say I was very pleased that the attention the staff made to make sure breakfast food was hot plentiful. I always tip the breakfast person and housekeeping. It's an old-school way of thinking, and I hope you will consider adopting it.The rooms were just fine for an overnight stay or several days.

We had our stuff stolen from the back of our truck, we had a bunch of tools we use for the 18-wheeler stolen. The netting in the back that we had was cut thankfully they were old tools that had been used for over 10 years. We wouldn’t have stayed if we knew about the theft history of this hotel, it’s a shame they don’t have cameras or security. Last time we stay at this hotel.Safety: No cameras where the cars are

Undergoing remodel so everyone is on the 3rd floor meaning all the rooms are in use and it’s fairly noisy. The walls are pretty thin and the doors are heavy. Also a good amount of street noise. But rooms are comfortable. Beds are good.

We stay at this hotel on our drive from Kentucky to Arizona. It's newly renovated (some floors still under construction) and looks more upscale and modern than an other Holiday Inn Express that we stay at.

Hotel seemed nice. Nice room. Hopefully just renovating the elevator. But. The constant barking dogs -_- the constant banging. Running down the hall way. Blood on the pillow, was too much. Motel 6 was quieter....

Stayed at this Hotel and will never stay again!! Nasty management the owner has a very nonprofessional way of talking and addressing concerns! I am a smoker and smoked outside taking my cigarette butts in instead of littering and was charged and astronomical amount of money! Tried to talk to the manager to get it corrected and he was very rude and yelled at me over the phone! took it to corporate and they would not do anything a month later the funds hit my back thinking it was corrected I never reached out again only to have the charge reversed 30 days later and bouncing my account, again nothing was done!! Owner was a foreigner and didn't speak good English not a nice guy to deal with!!!!
