We were staying at a hotel nearby and saw the Hooter's logo out our window. My wife knows that I like Buffalo style wings, so she suggested we try Hooters. I called to be sure that they offered wings without batter which they confirmed that their "naked wings" were just that. We arrived and examined the menu which featured Guinness beer on tap, so I ordered that, and my wife ordered a glass of house Cabernet. They came back to let us know that they were out of Guinness and Cabernet. So, I ordered a Sam Adams, and my wife ordered a glass of Merlot. Again, our waitress came back to the table to explain that they were out of Merlot too. I asked what beers they had and she explained that there was no list for the actual beers on tap, but she would take be up to the bar so I could have a look at the tap heads. I ordered a Sierra Nevada, and it was good. However, on the wine side, they had no red wine at all, so my wife stuck with just water. Now this is on a Wednesday mind you. If they are already out of everything at the bar by Wednesday, how are they going to get through the weekend? The manager made the excuse that their distributer was out of all their wine (Woodbridge which makes millions of cases and is never ever close to being out of stock) and the beers on the list. I suggested going into the office and printing off a list of what they did have and what they could get from the distributor. Of course, that sounded too much like work. Our chicken wings arrived with a side of tots (tater tots). They had no Dijon mustard or anything resembling it for the tots. But it didn't matter. The tots were cooked at such a low temperature that they were soggy, greasy and inedible. The wings tasted okay but again, the oil was so low temp that the skin was soggy and stretchy not crispy. What? No celery sticks? I'd be surprised if this joint is still in business next month.

Disappointed, girls we're cute sexy but dry no smiles. The bar tender girl seemed the nicest but we sat in a table. It was my coworker's birthday. Our waitress Pantera while she seems professional and serious, too serious for the place she works at. She has hard working manager potential but atb the moment she's a waitress and she was just dry no smiles. When they mess up my drink and I notified her about it she was like "what do you want me to do about it" I don't know make it right your the waitress earn your tip ? " I just replied i just wanted you to be aware, that's all. " my co worker ordered 1st which was a appetizer and he got it after my appetizer and my meal. They also messed up my meal. My waitress didn't notice that messed up my drink and meal. Mgr was nice enough to discount my meal after I mentioned it to my waitress to which she replied I'll talk to the Mgr about it then told me the Mgr will come talk to you. Again very disappointed with the overall experience. Again the girls are cute and sexy for a hooters which is why we went to the establishment but the service the treatment could have been WAY WAY better.

Parking: Hooters Amarillo Texas first off Kaidance our server she was great it was only her 2nd week on the job. Food was not good at all for just wings ,chicken tenders, fries, and some appetizers . The atmosphere in the place for it to be saturday at about 10 pm was just awful. That should have been the first sign. The server was very nice she didn't know the menu, but I put that on management as poor employee training. 2nd ding shoukd have went off. We were intent on getting the late night 1/2 off specials, but as I said, the server didn't know that did not apply to the weekend. Though we kept asking the special, and it's our first time and last time, by the way, going to Hooters. Our bill came out to be way too much, and we questioned that. And this sloppily dressed so-called manager came up. Not with an apology or a sorry to hear yiur not satisfied only. "I hear you got a question about your bill." Really, just no kind of actual customer service. Said this is only Monday through Friday, and she is a new server and then goes over to scold her.She comes back holding in tears . I'm sorry, Kaidance, you deserve a better job than working for that piece of trash who is called your manager. I wish you well, and I will never ever give Hooters my business.

Saturday night at 10pm and the place was almost empty. We had a newer waitress and she was nervous and not well versed on the menu. We let her know we were waiting 4 minutes to order due to the half off appetizers etc from 10 to close. She came back and we ordered not noticing that offer is Mon thru Fri only. In the end we didn't notice this until the "manager" came over to ask us what the problem was. He was not empathetic at all. We were correct on the beer special and he then went and took that sign out of the lobby. On our part it was an honest mistake that the waitress should have immediately been able to say to us these specials are not offered on Saturday but per the manager she was new. She was almost in tears as the manager was soo rude!!!!! We appreciate the friendly service we received from Kaidance but that manager was awful. This was my first and last time visiting a Hooters thanks to the manager that was on duty on 11/23/24 10pm. He was even sloppily dressed his hair was unkempt.He did however also speak spanish amd was able to chat with the customers behind us. Never again.

Haven't been to a Hooters since Odessa TX a few years ago and doesn't look like much has changed.
Coors Light was skunky, food was meh, and once again, ironically the sign needs some help from management too lol. Thankfully the bartender had a good attitude, or it would have been a total waste.
Best part about the trip was a new (and prob last) hat and the friendly swift fox we saw dumpster diving in the parking lot.
Wifey and I will probably check this chain off the list. Bummer.
