I bought a gallon of sweet coconut and it was spoiled. Coconut is my favorite. Too bad we were just passing through or I would have taken that expensive stuff back. Nasty 🤢

Was craving something sweet and carbonated, husband got me the Dirty Cherry poppi and it was AMAZING! It’s my new favorite drink and will be going back!

I love tea but this place has the most watered down tea. It also has a strong bitter taste. Gross tea!

Some guy who appears to be the son of the owner or manager came in rn and just started yelling at all the workers for no reason talking about how she called off too much and takes about $10 worth of free drinks per day while his girl was laughing. Bro that’s very unprofessional and makes all the customers feel uncomfortable. If you need to talk to your employees about this stuff, do it in the privacy of a back office or something. Don’t be doing it in front of all the workers and customers. It makes you, your business, and your girl look bad. Maybe ask your dad for some advice on how to run a business cuz the way you came off was very rude, disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional, and entitled.

I don’t normally write reviews about anything but… after getting a notification from HTeaO that I can get a free chapstick when I purchase a drink on my birthday … I thought why not. Drive to the location on Teckla and 45th, go in and purchase a 44oz tea in a styrofoam cup (which costs more since it’s in styrofoam 🙄) go to the check out and ask about my free chapstick the girl tells me that I can only get that if I would have purchased a large tea in a plastic cup. Freaking ridiculous! As I’m trying to wrap my mind around how stupid this is I’m thinking you already charge almost $4.00 for this drink. You probably just lost a customer over this … do better HTeaO. 😞

I love the program that they have With their app, I enjoy their teas anytime, especially the blueberry green tea and the peach ginger tea. The staff there is amazing. They are always upbeat and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else now for my tea. Keep up the good work guys!!

A very nice person helped me out during my first time experiencing HTeaO. Not only will I be back because of the excellent selection of refreshments, but because the wonderful soul that was there for me was an absolute awesome person who cares about their customers and making sure their experience is top notch. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 overall. The tea is not overly sweet like some places where the sugar(some places use syrup) overpowers the flavor of the drink. No, not HTeaO. They got it just right with many flavors to choose from and mix and match.

My go to tea spot! Highly recommend this staff and their drinks.

I am so addicted to the almond tea, it's just delicious!
