I was disappointed when I walked in. The floor was sticky pretty much everywhere you walked. There was a puddle here and there from where tea has leaked (or water?) There was a wet floor sign upon walking in but nobody cleaning up the mess. I had to tiptoe to get to certain tea dispensers. It definitely smelled moldy. And I know that for sure because at work, I came across a foam cup of HteaO (from a different location) and it had been sitting awhile in the employee break room. I went to dump it in the sink and it stunk to the high heavens. Same smell. That's how I know.
There were maybe two employees today at this Amarillo location, but seriously...clean up the areas that need cleaning. It's dangerous, disgusting, and questionable. I've been to a lot of HteaO locations both TX and OK. This is the first one I've seen this bad. Y'all can certainly do better.

Just went tried tea and tasted like bad filtering system yuck...
Not as clean as others.
Just went in during happy hour was charged normal price I asked the girl if that’s the normal price for happy hour price she said its buy two get one free? Since when did they do that. Customer service needs to be improved. I also asked to sign up for points she didn’t do that.
Clean and very efficient.

They can’t figure out pricing! I have been overcharged for happy hour only this location 4 times.
Update 7/14: customer service has finally reached out and was willing to listen. I do hope these computer issues are resolved soon.

This is my favorite location in Amarillo. I pass by it everyday on my way to work. I send my mobile order before I leave and it's always ready by the time I get into town. The wait time is pretty short, both in store and through the drive through. The staff is always friendly, and the tea is always so good.
I drove 11 miles out of my way to get a Georgia Peach tea. I need you to build one in Los Alamos, NM. Please and thank you!!
