This visit made me realize why IHOP is the best place over other franchises. The food is better quality. Pancakes taste like buttermilk and the strawberry syrup, seals the deal.“
“Issues with the waffles left us without part of the order. Food was fast, coffee was fresh and hot. Cupcake milkshake has not brought any boys to the yard, but it was tasty. Walls needed to be wiped down and the inner side of the table could be cleaner. We needed some but didn't get any with our silverware or order. Staff was friendly, fast, and helped one another. Overall I would do it again.“
