Ordered two big steak omlets and there was 4 pieces of steak the entire omlets there was an overload of tomatoes and potatoes and mushrooms 😞 for what I spent I didn't get the full portions of my protein.

Wasn’t Busy at all and they acted like they were the busiest in the world. We had to wait seven minutes. When we sat down just to get slow service. We ordered for two people and we waited 30 minutes without warning for The food to come and she never checked on us once. Had to eat with my hands and had to find my own silverware after I asked her twice.. It was cold. There was a party about 8. They was waiting for over an hour to get food. Worst experience ever and will never come back.

When I walked in the door I had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come out and take me to a table. Other people came in and left because no one would come out to seat us. There was only 1 table that was already there with customers. I ordered a big steak omelet, after waiting for a while the waitress came out and said the cook didn't have the stuff to make the omelet. Then the waitress started to get an attitude when I only left a 2 dollar tip. Will never go back there 😒

I ate here 3 times in a month after midnight after I got off work. All 3 times the meal preparation was below standard. I understand that new employees need training, but it does require a trainer to be next to the trainees. I was disappointed in the overnight food prep. Service was wonderful 2 different waitress waited on me and they both did wonderful.

I called the location and made a to go order over the phone after getting multiple error notification trying to order online. Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, arrived there 30 minutes after placing the order. Long story short I stood at the pick up area for a hour trying to figure out if they were going to get me my order, I would have left 15 minutes after being ignored but my young niece wanted this, finally a hour after being at this location they gave me a order, not the one I placed but we were desperate after standing there for a hour, the worst leadership ever, the manager was cooking orders, they were crazy busy and no structure. I will never go back to this location

Didn’t come up to us once then we had to ask another waitress to get him then when he came he said since we know what we want he will take our order which is extremely rude . I never got my coffee place is really terrible in service especially the host who don’t speak loud enough and the waiter “josh “
Way too expensive! Food was cold and the food was uncooked . Very long wait to be seated! I will never go back!! Server was excellent! Not her fault! About the terrible food !!!!

We were part of a group of six. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The staff seemed a little inexperienced. Overall, this is a good place to eat if you like pancakes. My wife's hamburger and my Philly sandwich were both good as well. Good prices though the specials are a little hard to find on the menu.
