I can, with confidence, say this was the worst restaurant I've been in. The staff doesn't wear gloves and touched the food with dirty hands, the food was cold, and the service was subpar. Consider the waffle house next door, it's fine dining in comparison to ihop.

Issues with the waffles left us without part of the order. Food was fast, coffee was fresh and hot. Cupcake milkshake has not brought any boys to the yard, but it was tasty. Walls needed to be wiped down and the inner side of the table could be cleaner. We needed some but didn't get any with our silverware or order. Staff was friendly, fast, and helped one another. Overall I would do it again.

Visited here recently and although the waiter was great and doing his best, this location is absolutely FILTHY. Horribly dirty floors with food on the floor all over the place. I received my drink and found floaties in it. Filthy, filthy, filthy.
