1. Too spicy. I asked for very mild and was assured but actual food was inedibly spicy.
2. Mango lassi seemed straight out of a tin with a tiny taste
3. temperature hot food served in carry away plastic containers is not healthy. Not coming back unless things improve. Owners please take note.

This little Indian restaurant in Amarillo was a delight. Perfect for what we desired on cold Thanksgiving Eve driving back from Paulo Duro canyon. The ambience is cozy and nicely don with seat for about 20, the menu options are perfectly Punjabi Indian. We had shawarma wrap and a butter chicken and both were perfect. The shawarma wrap was perfect blend of shawarma in Indian bread with delicious sauce. Top class.

After patronizing this restaurant for years and recommending it to friends, my family will not eat here again.
Their quality and consistency took a precipitous drop around 3-4 months ago. Two very bad experiences in a row is enough for us!
The Biryani spice and meats used to be cooked with the rice, with a nice result. Now they just dish up white rice and unseasoned meat and dust the top with Biryani spices: not good. Terrible, in fact. Used to have raisins. Not anymore!
Apparently due to high turnover, the staff no longer even understand their own menu, asking weird questions about dishes they have served for a decade.
The last two times we were here, only one guy that would be capable of pointing to Punjab region on a map, and he was on the register.

Simply amazing , lively music, free Wi-Fi , free and ample parking , very neat and cozy feeling restaurant. Food was delicious , steak biryani was spicy ( I asked for it :) ample quantity, plenty of meat in it. host was very hostile and caring. Plenty of space ( indoor about 28-30, and outdoor about 20-24 seating) , well lid restaurant. Very welcoming ambient. Thank you for the great service.
Parking: Free and about 15-20 car spacing easily.

Absolutely delicious !!!!! Authentic Indian food . Definitely recommend it. The only thing is that the mild is more like medium heat . It was a bit too much for us but my young kids loved it and ate well.
