Stood in line forever....literally 25 minutes watching bag after bag after bag and order after order after order leave. NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER WHILE STANDING IN LINE and I'm handicap trying to stand through back spasms and shooting pain. I got the message. "LEAVE!". ME AND THREE OTHERS WALKED OUT at the same time. I tried calling and it rang and rang and rang. They would pick up and hang up. This happened four times. Finally someone answered and immediately...

The food is good but the staff is either overwhelmed or just not friendly. I tried the Ceasar wrap today and it was bad. No sugarcoating it. It was bad. Way too salty and I've never had a wrap with croutons. Tortillas tasted like paste. I don't think this was the staff's fault, it just wasn't good. Everything else I've ever tried here is incredible. 3 stars for standoff-ish staff, no parking, and bad wraps. The sandwiches are awesome though.

My office is downtown so I walk to this location about once a week. I enjoy the sandwiches, but my complaint is about your delivery driver who drives the black Ford Fusion. On at least 3 occasions, I have seen this car run red lights in downtown and on one occasion almost clipped me as I was crossing an intersection (I had the right of way). I understand “freaky fast” delivery, but geez, this driver needs to chill out.
