They used to have good size quality sandwiches. Now they HALF sized (skinny bread, less meat and cheese, etc. ) sandwiches of reduced quality. I would rather have the larger size and pay higher price. I will go to Subway next time.

Today was the second time I've had delivery to my place of work. The driver's from your store do not give any sort of inclination that food has arrived. I specifically requested a text after drop off due to being on the 3rd floor with no view of the outside doors. I do not have the luxury to sit and wait away from my desk for food to arrive.

We placed an order for sandwiches for lunch, we got back to our office and we were missing a sandwich. we called to see if we would get one delivered or a refund. The girl on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, stating “what do you want me to do” They refused to let us get a refund or talk to someone who could help because “it was their busy lunch hour” This was my first and last time to ever eat here.

Placed an order and didn’t receive all of my food. I called customer service to get a refund, but was told it was their “busy lunch hour.” Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you can’t fulfill orders or provide proper customer service, you shouldn’t be taking orders. I won’t be eating here again.

Just enjoyed another delish Vito Italian sub with light peppers and extra dressing at JJ's
Perfect meal for traveling, tasty, reasonably healthy and not too greasy or heavy.
Prices keep going up, now over $8 for a mid-sized sub, but you have to pay for the top quality capicola ham and salami.

On my way out of state for a little bit and stopped at this jimmy John’s in Amarillo… staff was very positive however very very sweaty.. but for obvious reasons like there was no ac… it was in the 90s outside and honestly it felt like a cool breeze when i left. I was hoping to eat inside since I am driving but it was way to hot inside… also about to food if you are going to keep the building that hot the food should be kept in coolers .. I don’t get my sandwiches toasted but the cheese was melted when I got to my car and looked at the sandwich… overall disappointed with the visit..

Lady with the red bandana was mad and rude when I another car pulled through the drive up! She was sitting down at a table and then was pissed she had to move and take our order. Never said anything like thank you or hello!

I got charged for a larger portion than I ordered even though the order was repeated back to me correctly thru the speaker. Staff (possibly a manager) acted very put out that I did not want to pay double for double the amount of food I ordered. Watched her forcefully throw the incorrect sandwich in the trash thru the drive thru window. No one apologized for the mistake, the inconvenience or the wait to remake what I actually ordered. Won’t be returning.

The music WAS HORRIBLY LOUD!! The cashier couldn't hear me above the speakers and she was only a foot away. Had to keep repeating myself to be heard.
