Ordered online and got our orders wrong. Put tomatoes on all the sandwiches that said “no tomatoes.” The best part is that they gave me rotten lettuce. Yummy! Your whole job is to make a sandwich, how do you ef it up that bad? I wish they had more veggie options as well.

Super disappointed. I never go to this location but was on that side of town, so figured I'd just go there. I will definitely make the extra trip to literally either other one next time. More than half the toppings I ordered were missing, and there were random pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the old lettuce they put on it too. I didn't add cheese.

General manager was rude. Made me wait an hour to talk to him and instead of coming to my table he simply stood at the register and barked, "What do you want?" Good customer service, perhaps, and a respectful attitude, if that's not too much to ask. What a jerk!
My husband and I have been eating at the Jimmy Johns on Soncy for about a year now (since it's the closest to us) and today (Aug 19th, 2024) we were left disappointed!! Every time we've ordered from them we haven't gotten a mistake. They are prompt and they're consistent! Today was just not a good day I guess...our sandwiches were messy and my husband was missing ingredients. I understand it's lunch rush but at the end of the day....we, the customers will wait for you. Just give us consistency please.
