This is the most unfriendly store out of every restaurant I've visited in Amarillo. They could use a little Christmas cheer!

I called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone didn't even answer with this Jimmy Johns. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. He had no idea what was going on,I wanted to make an order but apparently he didn't know anything. I'm stuck at work or I would've went in to order. Seeing how incompetent he was and also seeing the reviews I'm glad I didn't place my order.

Came in and waited to be served at the register. Employee Kayla approached the register and just stared at us. Did not ask if she could help or anything so I took it upon myself to approach her and start my order. I ordered a turkey combo and a wrap, specified combo and then just wrap by itself. Received only the turkey sandwich and wrap no combo. Everyone there looks like they don’t want to be there

i've always been a huge Jimmy John's fan. Love the sandwiches no complaints on the food here. However, I went inside for a pick up order, was not acknowledged & they wouldn't even make eye contact with me, despite my glances and smiles while patiently waiting near the wall, out of the way. Nearing 15 minutes I decided to approach the counter the girl behind it looks annoyed by my presence. I have to repeat myself several times to receive my full order which has been ready the entire time I was standing inside the restaurant on the back counter. Mind you I am around the same age as most of the employees, have worked several food service jobs, and I've never even made a review before until now. I'm not a Karen and never thought I would feel the need to write a review, but I honestly left feeling embarrassed/ashamed or guilty for buying a sandwich? Don't think I'll be going back to this location soon.

Came in last week for lunch, they looked stacked but were still cool and got my food out pretty quick. But the one dude looked like he was in charge was very nice about the wait I did have , much prefer this over the other stores in town

Absolutely the worst experience with a Jimmy Johns ever. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order to be taken in the drive thru (as did 2 cars before us, who knows how long the first car waited) then waited another 20 minutes or so for 2 sandwiches. We watched 2 cars pull away from the drive thru in the mean time, assuming they never got their order taken or even greeted. Employee seemed either dead tired or stoned out of his mind. Giving some grace if the former. Would not recommend, never going again.
I went into the drive thru to order 1 sandwich and was in the line for 20 min before I got to the speaker. I was told it would be a min and turned into 5. I told them i was a lunch break and couldn't wait. They never came back and had to leave empty handed. The slowest I've ever seen. Will not go back to this location.
