Came in last week for lunch, they looked stacked but were still cool and got my food out pretty quick. But the one dude looked like he was in charge was very nice about the wait I did have , much prefer this over the other stores in town

We always go to Jimmy John's on soncy since it's closest and because we have never had a bad experience. Tonight though was different! We drove all the way home to see that one of our sandwiches did not have the meat! I called to see if we could go back and get another one made and he kept questioning it like if I was lying telling me it's under the melted cheese. Super disappointed. I never go to this location but was on that side of town, so figured I'd just go there. I will definitely make the extra trip to literally either other one next time. More than half the toppings I ordered were missing, and there were random pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the old lettuce they put on it too. I didn't add cheese.
