Super disappointed. I never go to this location but was on that side of town, so figured I'd just go there. I will definitely make the extra trip to literally either other one next time. More than half the toppings I ordered were missing, and there were random pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the old lettuce they put on it too. I didn't add cheese.

I love Jimmy John’s, this was not up to par to the one I usually go to. They didn’t add the toppings I asked for and did not cut it. It was still good, but I’m on the road and seemed like the best option food wise.

My husband and I have been eating at the Jimmy Johns on Soncy for about a year now (since it's the closest to us) and today (Aug 19th, 2024) we were left disappointed!! Every time we've ordered from them we haven't gotten a mistake. They are prompt and they're consistent! Today was just not a good day I guess...our sandwiches were messy and my husband was missing ingredients. I understand it's lunch rush but at the end of the day....we, the customers will...
