Ben is an amazing Manager and displays exceptional customer service! I showed up at the drive thru at 8:54 pm on Thursday 09/04/25 thinking this location closed at 10 PM on this particular night. Instead of turning me away as per usual with most employees (not just Joe Taco but anywhere) Ben insisted that he could still get me taken care of even with it being so close to closing time. Ben was friendly, helpful, and very courteous and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he offers nothing less than Five Star Service! Thank you very much Ben for the amazing experience!

Ordered food to go from there and was disappointed when I got home. Beans were hard and flavorless. Rice was mushy and flavorless. Meat was dry. This was my second time eating here and both times were horrible. Only tried them again tonight because I was hoping the first time was a fluke considering they have decent reviews. I won't be going back a third time.

I ordered pork relleno but got chicken. It tasted ok, so did not say anything. Daughter ordered stuffed avocado and it was not ripe. It was hard. I told her to send it back, but she wouldnt say anything. Place is very noisy. Like locatiin off coulter better.
Family recommend this. We have 4 adults and a toddler. They were good and quick. Staff was nice.

Food is always great and at an affordable price compared to other mexican restaurants in town. The caliente hot sauce is amazing & the service is always great. I highly recommend Lily as a server she's awesome! I'll be back soon
