First time I've ever had a less than satisfactory experience at Macaroni's Joes. I ordered a filet. The meal was served promptly, however my steak was overcooked, and the two sides (potatoes and broccolini) were lukewarm at best. Someone came by to check on how the meal came out (may have been a manager?), and I said the sides were not warm. She offered to get new servings, but I declined, not wanting my steak to then get cold. She did not offer anything else. When my server brought my ticket, I also reported to him that my steak was overdone and the sides were not hot and he apologized and thanked me for bringing it to his attention, but again, that is all that was done. I think an adjustment to my bill should have been offered. I don't like paying over $50 for a meal that I can't even enjoy.

Our server was very attentive but the food was very slow to arrive. The kids spaghetti came with very little sauce. The flatbread was a soggy mess. Steak bites got a rave review, 5oz. Filet was perfect. Carrot side dish was impossible to cut with a regular knife. Risotto was great.

We frequent Mac Joe's pretty often. Lately the food quality is sub par. Service is always great and we love the atmosphere. They have changed their menu twice in the last year or so and the food quality is not what it used to be. My pasta was al dente enough that it was not good. Ky husband's pork chop was overdone on the edges and raw in the middle, was not safe to eat. The other couple with us had one good meal (steak) and one bad meal (millionaire tacosmeat was very tough not good flavor) 130.00 later and kinda wished we would have gone somewhere else.

The ambiance is one of the best in town. Both the quail and filet were cooked to perfection. It's best to go early (around 5:15) so you can be seated in the back room.
Our server was sweet, patient, and attentive. Management was visible and everything tasted amazing!

We've come here regularly and have excellent service and value. Today was a special occasion-a birthday celebration and they made us feel very special! Lovely atmosphere and staff, food is always superb and they will make it according to your specifications.

Had a reservation at Macaroni Joe's last evening, with a friend to celebrate her 60th birthday. The appetizer (Mob Queso), the adult beverages (strawberry Mezcal margaritas), and the dinner selections were wonderful and so delicious! The service from our waiter, Guy, was outstanding throughout the evening. He was efficient and attentive and even helped us in celebrating my friend's birthday in a very reserved manner (which was appreciated!). The ambiance was superb as well. I highly recommend Macaroni Joe's and can't wait to go back.

It was our 20th wedding anniversary and our waitress made us feel like we had a very special evening. We left feeling like we had really had a great celebration.

We were charged for blackened jumbo shrimp and received 6 tiny shrimp instead and the online menu stated chicken or shrimp your choice. They never offered extra bread, cheese, salt or pepper. Their on-line menu prices don't match inside restaurant menu prices. The prices were more in the restaurant. The Cesar salad was flooded with dressing. I spoke with a manager and nothing was done she just said yes that is correct the online menu prices do not match inside restaurant menu. They increased prices because other restaurants are charging more and that they are still the cheapest in town. We've eaten there many times and now we won't be back the food was just so so!
