Came to Amarillo for vacation, Jorges was close to our Air bnb and we read the reviews, It seemed very good, We sat down and immediately got serviced, Drinks were sour but that's alright, Got a Queso Blanco, It was amazing! Personally was in my top 5 quesos OAT. We ate 90% of it and we ended up seeing a long hair in the queso and it ended uo ruining our appetites, Got our food, It was great, Except the steak was cold. Overall I enjoyed it just i dont enjoy hairy queso.
We had the privilege to speak to the owner of the night we went and man the service and food was amazing! The drinks were all spot on and he even bought a shots what a great place and what a great guy!

Great service, great variety , and great food.
They have an nice, large bar area too.
It’s just a little on the expensive side, but what’s not these days? It’s absolutely worth it here.
The Green Chile Guisado is very authentic and the best version of it I have ever had. It’s one of my favorite things to eat.
