Service was bad the lady or male at the window was talking aggressively towards me and my loved one and when we got the food it was not made correctly I asked for a famous bowl and got everything in it expect for the mash potatoes I expect my food to be how it's supposed to be with what comes with it nothing more or less .

Bought 100 dollars worth of food and it was out surprisingly quick. Very kind younger women brought the food out with a smile. Very clean inside the store as well.

Hours of operation are posted online and on the DOOR ! Yet and hour before closing the employees had locked the doors ! I walked from hotel to get some food. TO TOP IT OFF the employees tried to avoid being seen. Horribly ram business. KFC used to be my fav. I may never eat at KFC again!!

Terrible Service I guess Corporate likes to hired thugs with bad service. Guy at drive thru was mad when I was asking questions about the chicken and sides. He got madder when I ask him for ketchup. He asked rudely anything else with a mad look and just stood there staring at me. Just because you are tattooed up don't make you hard. Avoid at all cost. PS drink was water down bad.

Visited this restaurant Saturday afternoon, one other customer in the store. Strode at the counter while 4 employees argued with each other and no one acknowledged our presence. Worst service … do not eat here !

Basic KFC - the food was very good & there was no line around 1:30pm but still a little bit of a wait but it wasn't really a problem.

Enough with the COVID excuses. COVID has run its course and can't be used as a crutch any longer for shitty management. STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT!! Why are you CLOSED, (not just the dining room but the drive thru), before 8:00 o'clock on a Wednesday evening? (7/28/21). I get it...Biden's a fucking moron and a complete joke and needs to quit paying people to sit on their ass at home...once again the COVID BS!! Either way it's up to you to staff your workplace.

Probably not the restaurants fault, but the vagrant asking for cash to get something to drink made me lose my appetite. I offered to order them something but they wanted the cash. I didn't feel safe, so I left. Don't go here after dark.

Not cool! Rude drive thru worker. Wouldn't even smile or say hello or anything. Just handed us our bag of food with an attitude. Also the tenders should've been called, "Toughers" because they were dry and tough. What ever happen to good old fashioned service?

Surprisingly fast, speedy service. Friendly staff. The pot pie was fresh and hot. The chicken mini sandwiches where just the right size.

Would give ZERO if possible! This location is horrible. Went through drive thru at 6:11 pm ordered got home and my order was wrong. Tried to call to get corrected they would not answer the phone. Finally started driving back and was able to finally get someone to answer the phone at 6:35. he stated he was the manager he said it would take 20 minutes to get order fixed I said that is fine and that I was heading that way. I got there at 6:40 the manager came to the window and was not wearing a face mask which is state mandated (that should have been a neon sign) he took the chicken from me and started counting the chicken I was thinking that is weird and gross. He again said it would be 20 minutes and asked me to park. I did and I watched at least 5 cars come and go I was like wow they must be getting old chicken finally after at least 25 minutes of waiting I tried to call (because I did not realize the dining room was open) to find out if it was going to be much longer surprise surprise no answer I finally left a message asking how much longer it was going to be. I called another location to find out what to do and they informed me the dining room was open. My husband finally just brought the sides and went in to ask for a refund. The manager stated that it was just 20 minutes this was at 7:22 pm. Just worst craziest experience ever. BEWARE if you choose to order from this location make sure your order is correct before you leave.
