Every course was better than the last.

The way you guys handled the July 5th event was atrocious. 1) i recommend you invest is a proper POS system that won’t fail when it’s game time. 2) i recommend you have more than 3 people. Your competitors all had 5+ people helping. 3) i recommend you have a condensed menu with your top 5 items for faster service. You know your business, and you know what sells. In the food truck business, the winners are the trucks that can get people coming back, this can’t happen if they can’t purchase in the first place. Very disappointed with your performance. Maybe next year, if you last that long.

Fry seasoning is so poor even after asking for extra they tasted bland. Chili barbecue was not worth $6.
