I had the sampler appetizer. Add corn nuggets mini tacos and fried mushrooms. I thought that the fried mushrooms were little on the burnt side. Probably a great place to order and pick up the pizza not so much room in the restaurant area. The one restroom was a multi-gender restroom and it was not very clean almost in all male staff. The staff was also mainly youngsters.

Don’t waste your money here. First time eating here. Ordered online, and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. Went to the drive thru and was told to pull up to the curb because the pizza won’t fit through the window. Waited 10 mins wondering if I had to come inside to get it, the employee tells me just a couple more mins. Why didn’t you tell me that before hand? So waited a little longer, decided to go inside and check. The lady in the front doesn’t greet or acknowledge me at all. The drive thru employee sees me and says just a couple more mins. I guess a couple more mins means 15 - 20 mins at this place. So I waited some more. I observed the employees in the back, no sense of urgency at all there. After another 10 mins, drive thru employee sees me and is reminded about my order. I watch him go to the kitchen and get my order that was sitting on a top shelf for who knows how long, the food wasn’t hot, luke warm at best. I leave frustrated, thinking the food will redeam Big Jim’s name for the horrible customer service. Of course when I warmed up the cold food, me and my family were very disappointed. The cheese has a weird texture taste. Definitely not real mozzarella. Sauce is more of a paste consistency than sauce. We have tried almost all the pizza places in town, and I would rate the place DEAD LAST. Spend your money at a real pizza place like 575 or Giovanni’s.

I am in town for work and found this place. The pizza was great, as was the service. The bartender and some other guests were very friendly and gave me a list of other Amarillo staples to try. I will definitely be eating here again.

My husband had the Fish Dinner - added cheese and bacon to fries and the fish was crispy and delicious! I had pickle fries and pepperoni pizza - the crust was fluffy but crisp and the sauce was subtly sweet and decadent. Oreo pizza for dessert and you can see the treat that is!

I’ve been impressed each time I’ve had Big Jim’s whether it be eating in the bar with my girlfriends or getting it delivered by my favorite pizza delivery boy (Jakobi)!

I finally found a delicious and affordable pizza place in town. I've been consistently disappointed by the food quality in the national chains. I ordered a cheese pizza with pickles here and it was hot,fresh, tasted great and had a decent amount of toppings at a decent price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic pizza with the new carolina reaper sauce. Fantastic creeper. At 1st not spicy but then it hits. LOVE IT

Unfortunately I was a little let down. Bar is 3/4 full but sooo quiet. NEED a jukebox to play music or something with some noise.

So I placed an order last night and said it would be ready for pickup at 7:20pm. Well 7:35 comes and my daughter is inside waiting and was told at 7:35 the pizzas are just going in. I say what?! I call from the car because of course im in comfy clothes and ask if what she heard was correct and we have been waiting for 30 min at that point. Lady was rude. Had to wait for awkward silence before she even spoke and simply sad im sorry. This is the second time this had happened and no thanks. I will go somewhere else.

Just stopped by for dinner passing through Amarillo. Servers were very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice with many TVs and a live singer. They had a large selection of menu items, with several gluten free options. Everyone enjoyed their food. We’ll be sure to come back another time.

Adrian was our server. We came in for dinner after a long day of travel as we were passing through Amarillo for the night. She was great and made sure we had what we needed. I was a little nervous about the service based on some of the other reviews, but it was great. All of our pizzas came out hot and were all correct. Their sauce was DELICIOUS! I took 1 star away on atmosphere because of the yelling dudes at the bar watching football, but that's not really their fault, it is a bar that serves food. The weirdest thing for us was the long trek to the bathroom through the back and how there were assembled and unassembled pizza boxes right outside the restroom door.

Was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had 50 bucks 1 hour and 20 min for a pizza ok so I thought just busy. But no the worst taste no toppings we even paid 4 bucks for pepperoni who charges for a pepperoni? I thought I bought a dollar tree pizza and there freezer what broke and the pizza was bad then realized I bought big Jim's pizza and realized I wish I had a dollar tree pizza.dont do it folks if you want to waste time so so so much time and money for a less than horrible pizza by al means go for it but domino's or the countless others .at least one good thing came from it we now have a great running family joke about how bad I mean really bad the crust the sauce it's like they took tasteless tomatoes and just crushed it whole and put that on it there were 4 counted 4 pepperoni 4 and we had to pay for that wow please think twice before you waste your time and money. Just was so so bad.

We got a Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños and a calzone to go - both were really good! I bet if we ate in it would have been even better!
