Every single thing we’ve ever had is absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere and service too! If they have shrimp & grits on special, order it immediately, (you can thank me later!). Highly recommend!
Ohhh...I got the tri tip this weekend. The chef cooked them to perfection! Ask for medium rare

Good value on fish and chips night. The fish was good. The fries that were served were barely above room temperature. We asked the waitress if we could have some fresh fries and she argued with us and said they were fresh. I slid the plate towards her and asked her to sample what she served and make a decision. She refused. The cold fries were not her fault but you definitely should not argue about it. Our first and last time we will eat there.

We decided to try this place after looking at reviews and they did not disappoint! Everything was excellent from the margaritas to the gator tail to the catfish! And the waffle dessert with ice cream was out of this world amazing! Service was amazing as well! 10 out of 10! We will visit again!

I’m not sure you will find better Cajun food in most of Texas. This place is amazing
The alligator was good. I would eat it again.

South Louisiana Born and Raised here. We went for Mardi Gras to get some seafood. Very nice place and excellent service. We got the Frog legs and Fried Alligator for appetizers and we split the Mombo Combo (Fried Catfish, Crawfish and shrimp)
I will say the catfish is some of the best I have ever had. The gumbo was also very good! I do wish the seafood we got was seasoned a little more and everything fried like the catfish! I would get the shrimp and frog legs again if it was fried like the catfish.
One of the owners, Mickey, came by and talked to us and was very nice guy!
Was also very cool that they had a local brew from my community back home in Louisiana (Abita Brewery). The Bloody Mary was also good.
Will definitely be back especially for the service, catfish, gumbo and Abita Beer! Probably the best “Cajun” food you can get this deep in West Texas! Will definitely be back to get my fix!

Had lunch there Thursday and it was very disappointing. Had lunch fried shrimp and very small portions and I think it was nothing but fried batter. I’ve eaten there numerous times in the past and always pretty good but it wasn’t this time. I left hungry and very disappointed in my meal. Probably will not go back!

WOW! Don’t miss this gem! Cajun/Creole…we loved every bit, from our Waiter’s first class service, food and Mickey(the owner’s) hospitality. We are already planning our next visit in week when we drive back through Amarillo…wish we had a place like this in Austin. The menu has so many delicious choices. We had two great IPA’s, blackened scallops, blackened catfish with gumbo. Topped it off with the waffle and ice cream. Can’t wait til next week!
