GREAT food! I hope they open back up.
Great food, great customer service....can't wait until things slow a bit to return. If I knew they were offering curbside I would return sooner.
I have the crispy avocado with brisket. It was served on a bed of lettuce and some kind of sweet fruity salsa on top. It was unbelievably good! I now have a new favorite Mexican restaurant, and it's Leal's !
The food was delicious and was served amazingly quick. Our waiter was awesome and was on point. My wife's meal had a mistake and the waiter washed up and made the replacement dish himself. I would definitely recommend a visit here.
The brisket tacos are amazing. Hatch chile queso is hands down the best in town. The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly, and the food is wonderful.
I was very disappointed in my entree I ordered. I ordered the combination chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce and a crispy chicken taco. The temperature of the food was not hot, the plate was hot but not the food. The corn tortilla was hard to cut into, the crispy corn taco tasted stale and not much flavor. The portion of beans and rice was very small and the beans were very salty. Very disappointed in the flavor.. was not good at all like it has been in the past. The waitress was very good, just not the food.
Classic TexMex. Full menu. Frosty margaritas. Easy access from I-40. Fresh chips and salsa served by family minded staff. When you're here, you're family is their motto. It shows in the service and the food. Stable menu with a couple of seasonal additions. Hatch green Chile queso and buttermilk relleno are must try items.
Horrible place to dine. Needs updated, my daughter found hair in her food and the waitstaff was very cold (like the food)! Not a good first impression AT ALL!
We came in with a big party, and the staff were wonderful, the food was good, and atmosphere was amazing. I'm thankful for this place.
Always very busy! If you dont mind the rush of people this Mexican restaurant is authentic and true to its food! The hot sauce was pretty spicy in the best way possible! Fee free to bring young kids as they provide booster seats and coloring books to keep them busy while food is prepared. The bar can get pretty expensive but so can all bars. The bar tenders are good at what they do.

First time trying Leal's, we ordered over a 100$ for 4 family meals and brought home. Service upon picking up was not all that great no one helped load up all the food. Once home enchiladas were just kind of thrown in, lettuce old, we couldnt really tell if what we ordered was in there due to it just being sloppy. Meat had a bad taste to it some of my family ended up with stomach aches after eating. For first time we wont order again. Maybe inside restaurant is different but you would just think food go would be just as good.
I went with a large group on Sunday morning. They quickly accommodated us. Our server was absolutely fantastic! Every request we made, she happily complied. We didn't run out of chips or drinks (we all know how super important that is!)The food, as always, was wonderful!
Very good food and beverage. A little pricey. Not a place I would often frequent, except on special occasions. Fixed incomers need to think twice. $40.00 for 2 people is a little steep.
The food was delicious. The restaurant was open and spacious and didn’t feel crowded at all even though there were a lot of people in there. The service was ok. My main complaint is the music. When my boyfriend and I went, they were playing slow songs from the 90s that were mostly love songs. It was weird eating Mexican food listening to slow songs played on a Pandora station. There were also ads playing in between every few songs, which ruined the dinner and took away from the experience. I would not go back just because the food was good. The experience was not.
Ate at Leal's on Friday with a good friend and had a really good experience. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. ur server was great (I really wish I could remember her name) and the management was really helpful when there was a confusion about an order. Thank you for the great experience!
