The one on 10th and Georgia Street is not one to go to they have plenty of workers but most of them hang out in the back and joke around and leave one guy to do all the work

Worst lil Caesars in Amarillo the pizza was old and dry and even the bread sticks skinny and hard it was all chewy as if you were biting into rubber. We even went inside to complain about the pizza the manager literally threw it away and gave us another old nasty pizza I wouldn't never recommend the location on 10th and Georgia to anybody & definitely will not be going back, even the one on the blvd is way better in comparison... Ended up giving pizza and bread sticks to a homeless person.

Our server was Alma g she was completely unprofessional. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had she was rude and obviously didn’t not want to do her job. Me and my boyfriend had to tell her our order 4 different times and we only got 3 items.

On 07/22/25 at 8:45pm, we called an order into the Little Caesars on SW 10th. The order was confirmed back over the phone and the total was $30.xx. When we arrived at the store, the order was not correct. The man handing out the pizza was the same man that took the order over the phone and kept saying he was hard of hearing, but was able to tell me my order back over the phone. He went and got his manager, Drew. Drew tried telling us that this is what we ordered and the man kept telling him it is not correct. Drew had attitude and told the man to retake the order, but that we were going to have to wait for it. Ok. No problems. We ordered what we ordered and that’s what we want. The man retook our order and now our total is $46.xx. How did it jump $16 dollars? We placed our order, paid what they wanted and got a receipt. Upon looking at the receipt, we were charged for 4 pizzas when we only ordered 3. So here we go back to the window and asked to speak to the manager, Drew. As we were explaining that we were over charged, he is just staring at us like a deer in the headlights and not looking at what we are trying to show him. I told him to look down and follow along with the receipt instead of just looking at us. Then he gives us some bs explanation about the items on the ticket and refunded us one of the cheapest pizzas on the ticket. He wouldn’t listen to what we were trying to get clarification on and instead tells me he’s quick minded and already knows. This place is very unprofessional and the manager is not mentally capable of running a store. I will not be revisiting this establishment.

Went in to grab some ready made pizza. Everything I ordered was ready and in the warmer. I paid and instead of the employee grabbing my food and giving it to me he took a drive through order, then a grub hub person came in to pick up an order and the employee gets his order, meanwhile I'm still waiting for my food, after the guy taking 2 more orders from the drive through and cutting pizza I asked for my $ back. I specifically didn't order anything that needed to be made and verified everything was ready before placing my order. Normally at every little Caesars they give u your food as soon as you pay for it.. no clue why this guy thought it was ok to make me wait forever when everything was ready. No questions asked why I wanted my $ back, no apology. In the time it took them to give my $ back they could've just given me my food.
