pulled up last night at 9:00pm they asked me what I wanted to order, I said 1 classic and 1 sausage pizza they said they stopped doing custom pizzas at 8pm. so I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the guy said it would take 30 mins, I said that was fine he got irritated and asked "are you sure" I said yeah it's okay I'm in no rush. so he said "hold on sir I'll be right back" he runs to the back and comes back claiming "I just talked to my cooks it's gonna be an hour wait" now how does 2 classic pizzas take an hour to wait? but just to see what the guy does I said "that's fine I can wait" he got irritated and said "woah ARE YOU SURE" I said "yeah" with a smirk... he got irritated and said "you know we close in an hour right? so are you sure?" I laughed and drove off I went to Pizza Hut across the street instead, they were way better with customer service and even told me they get all of little caesar's customers at exactly 9pm when they start turning people down So they can smoke weed behind the store. I highly do not recommend this store i would go to Pizza Hut across the street instead ! If I can rate them a 0 star I definitely would !!

Looks like the employees are actively trying to detour customers from the store. Not busy at all on a weeknight with no football, but has no hot n readys. Drove to the one on Bell, and they were swamped.

I would give this place zero stars. This child that was taking orders in the drive through was talking to a guy in the truck for 20 Minutes and then when I pulled up WITHOUT asking my order just said it will take 20 minutes to get my food. TERRIBLE service

It's little Caesars, what can I say?!!!Kid-friendliness: Customizable pizzas that my kids love!!! They love little Caesars even more than pizza hut!!! I guess they put pizzad the but!!!

The service was terrible! Besides the fact that it takes too long which I was prepared for. After placing order the guy told me chicken wings will be ready in 5 min and pizza in 20, told me to park in front and he will come out and deliver in the car. After 30 minutes I went in and was told they are out of chicken wings, probably given to one of the several others who ordered after me and stuck to the carline and didnt park! He told me can give me another pizza and I can pick 2 drinks.... all this when i went in... i dont think he had any plans of coming out and telling me that they dont have chicken wings coz the pizza was ready and waiting.... he was just waiting for me to come inside... and he was not apologetic though he said sorry.

Their system sucks. They don't offer the hot and ready pizza at this location. You are required to order ahead or stop by, order, and then come back to pick up the pizza. But wait there is a catch, if you order online you must go inside the store and get the pizza from their portal system you can't pick it up at the drive up window. What is the purpose of having a pick up window if they don't want you to pick up your order at the window. I won't be back. Plus I've told my neighbors and co-workers about their stupid system.

I had to go to the trouble of adding this to the Yelp since it's so new it's not in Yelp yet. (But it's been open for awhile.)Placed an order online. I set it to pick up pizza, crazy bread and 2 liter of Pepsi from the portal. Got there and couldn't find parking - so very few spots. Then, found one & the doors are locked with my order in the portal. The lobby is closed. So I had to wait in line forever for the pickup window. Then, there is no 2 liters of Pepsi and we don't drink what else they have. So he gave me two - 20 Oz Pepsi's. That is not the same as 2 liters of Pepsi - especially to feed a family of 4! I won't be back - to any Little Caesars for a long time.
