When I first walked in the hostess was away for a moment and there was another individual standing at the counter. She didn't greet, make eye contact or acknowledge us when we walked in. We ordered 3 appetizers, fried mushrooms being 1 of them. The batter was great, they just were not crispy..kinda soft, it was like a tempura batter served with horseradish. My steak was great, I also had a Caesar salad, I'm not a huge fan of shredded parm unless it's freshly grated. It was really dry kinda hard. I took my dad out to dinner and he had the chopped steak, it was a hamburger patty on top of a small amount of potatoes.

We had the most amazing young lady named Catara waiting on us!!!! We were seated in a booth in the bar area right at the front, they asked if we minded being seated on the other side, not sure why, there were absolutely no other customers in there, just 3 or 4 girls talking and playing on their phones!!!I’m so thankful they moved us, Catara was just delightful and kept smiling the whole time!The food was ok, my baked potato had to be sent back because it was not done, my friends sweet potato had to be sent back because it was burnt!!!Thanks Catara for making this experience so much better than it started out being!!!!You’re an amazing young lady!!!!!

We stopped in around 820pm on 7/4. I realize it was a holiday but when we arrived there were 3 familes there and we were one of them. We ordered 2 kids meals and they were fine. I ordered the crab cakes meal and my husband ordered the beef tips. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food. When both our plates came out the rice was crunchy like it had been sitting there ALL day. Why would they even serve it...it wasn't edible. Our server checked to see what was available and fresh. He came back in 5 minutes and gave options. We both said sweet potato. Another 10 minutes passed and nope, suddenly not available. I then asked for a baked potato and my husband asked for dessert. I also ordered peach cobbler and while they smeared sauce on top, it was still Luke warm and gross. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig. Best part of the night was our server Ryan. He was very kind, accommodating and quite apologetic. I wasn't going to post this but one of my kids left their mask and I went to retrieve it. I begin to quickly tell the manager and he just said hmmmm. No apology he just swore there was a manager there last night and said hmmm. Perhaps i should have asked but wed been driving all night and we all were exhausted. Maybe they're accustomed to complaints hence the 3.6 rating. Do yourself a favor and go to Saltgrass next door. That was our our original plan and my husband should have listened to me!!!!

Was hesitant after seeing the restaurants rating/reviews, but it was late and places were closing. Seated quickly and atmosphere was relaxing with the exception of the booth behind us. To my surprise they were adults, but acted like hyperactive children. Not the restaurant’s fault. Jordan was our server and gave us fabulous service! Ordered Flo’s filet and husband ordered chicken fried chicken. Filet was tender and flavorful and was cooked perfectly. Salad was crisp and fresh tasting and baked potato was loaded and tasty! They were out of white cream gravy, but husband enjoyed his meal as well served with brown gravy. He ordered fried okra and it was fried whole and a tad salty, but nevertheless was good. Service was great and meal was delicious! Will eat there again if passing through.

Went in with a group of 12 people around 8pm and they put tables together and seated us. Waiter took our drink orders and it went down hill from there. I called up front from my phone and asked to speak with the manager, he showed up I then stated to him that he had sat our waiter up for failure and I had to tell him to get him some help he then had three other workers come out and help him. Which I should have not had to bring that to his attention could be wrong. As we are leaving I see the manager working the bar, a little heads up we are just as important then the ones at the bar.. Please pay attention to the whole restaurant....

Ordered an anything and everything salad with chicken...it was decent not great...weird thing is I ordered balsamic vinaigrette. I got a creamy balsamic vinaigrette which id never had or seen before so it wasn't the light dressing I was hoping for. I would try them again

Great service! We had a large party and everyone’s order came out perfectly and we didn’t wait 5 years for our meals. The food was delicious…hot and salads were fresh. The rolls were warm from the oven. We could not have been happier! Will be repeat customers for sure!

We have not been in years due to bad service and food. Tried it with the family and was satisfied. The food was good and seemed fresh. I really hate that the place is having issues as I feel they could do real good again. They had issues with other clients when we were there with speed of service. I just felt to give them a positive review even though they had some struggles!

There was a 30 minute wait an the restaurant was not even half full so we set at the bar and my friend received a drink immediately while I did not receive my drink until we were sat at a table. Our waitress then came took our appetizer order and we never saw her again for an hour our appetizer was brought out thrown on the plate not at all what we ordered mind you we saw our waitress 4 times check on the 2 tables in front of us but never once came to check on us or ask how the appetizer was was everything all right do we need anything finally had to speak with a manager in regards to the service or like thereof

The food was good. Nice server. We went for lunch right after they opened. We were seated in the bar area in a booth. The windows and blinds were filthy and my shoes stuck to floor under the table. My friend picked the restaurant so I was polite and stayed. I won’t go back. I hope the kitchen was clean…..

We use to love this place when we came to town! It's been quite some time since we have been and I dont believe we will ever go back again! Today the food was "okay". We do not send back food EVER..my husbands steak was not cooked med rare as requested and was lacking flavor.(out of A1 sauce too) The loaded baked potato only had sour cream and butter. Our green beans tasted like they simply opened a can of Great Value green beans and put them in a bowl. I did get a surprise piece of corn and 1 single mushroom mixed in mine though.(yuck) The other thing that really bothered me was the disgusting ladies restroom...that floor has not been mopped in weeks! The amount of yuck built up in the corners and tile is repulsive. All the while 3-4 employees are chatting at the front entrance. Those toilets and floors need cleaning! It was only 3p.m. that mess did not happen in 1 day. This is something management should be checking end shift. On the plus side our waiter was fantastic and I really appreciate the great service. Sadly, I do not recommend this establishment.

Ordered door dash, one meal was just salmon, no rice. Not as advertised. Other order No baked potato or drink that was ordered. Just not happy at all won't go back. Not worth the money or hassle.
