Came in for lunch and after 35 minutes still no waiter to take order. Wasn’t too busy just was ignored. Shame
This was an unexpected pleasure. My wife and I booked a night in the neighboring Fairfield Inn, but after a long drive we did not fancy getting back in the car to go to dinner. As luck would have it, the Londoner Grill is part of the attached Four Points by Sheraton hotel. We did not even have to leave our hotel as the hallways of the two hotels are connected.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, with soft lighting, inoffensive background music, and some holiday-themed decorations appropriate to late December. The initial service was quick, but one person was running both the bar and the restaurant area so a little bit of patience was needed for followup service.
The food was of a very high standard. I had bangers and mash, which consisted of two jumbo sausages, mashed potatoes with a little garlic, some crunchy carrots and a generous helping of caramelized onion gravy. Very delicious! My wife ordered lobster ravioli, but they were out of it so she settled for fish and chips. The fish was pretty good and lightly battered. A small part of it was a little undercooked, but the portion was large enough that it didn't really matter. The chips (steak fries) were a little bit over seasoned, but otherwise good. I finished off with a portion of white chocolate and blueberry cheesecake and raspberry sauce that was also very delicious.
With water to drink, our check was $50, which I thought was very reasonable for the quality and convenience.

Nice looking place. Very busy and only 1 person working. Try another spot. Front desk gal was much less than helpful and does not even know the name of the bar....really?

Loved that there was an option for some British food in Amarillo! Got some beef wellington bites and bangers and mash. The gravy was delicious and the bread was great around the beef. The bangers and mash tasted great with the mix of mushroom gravy, sautéed carrots and onions, and nice, thick mash. The sweetness of the carrots and saltiness of the onions blended great with the mushroom gravy all over the meaty sausages!

I'm surprised to see all of the negative reviews here. I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and this is the restaurant in the hotel. The food is a bit pricey, but that's because it's really good! I usually like to leave the hotel when traveling for work but I was tired the first night and just came down from my room to eat. I was impressed with the service and atmosphere, and then the pot roast I ordered was soooo good! The cocktails were also made well. I ended up eating there again the second night because the first night was a good experience and it was easier than going out. The chicken dish I got the second night was really good too. I definitely recommend it. The chef even came out to check on everyone. I think his name was "Chef B" or maybe Chef D.. something like that. Very personable guy who seemed to really care about the quality of the food.

Called twice and upon answering they said “Hello”, then proceeded to hang up. Rudest experience I’ve ever had.
