Friendly people finally. Much faster service. The grease was not old and gross for a change. Thank you for a much better product and better employees. We will come back more if these higher standards just get better and better. Thank you Long John Silvers!

I don't even know where to start. First off, the general state of the restaurant was in disarray and just generally dirty. The overall look and appearance of the restaurant was poorly maintained in poorly clean. The only reason why I came to this particular location is just close to my house, and I generally usually like Long John Silver's. After ordering it took 25 minutes to get a simple combo L 11. I then had to stop for that guns, fill the ice in the Coke machine, and stock the tartar sauce, all because and I quote "I'm the only one here so things always run out," after I asked the young lady who was working. Not a good day for LJS.

Food was decent and order was correct, fish, hush puppies, Cole slaw and fries were all good on the chicken and fish platter I got. But the chicken left something to be desired, it was kind of tough, although that might just be because of the cheaper meat they most likely buy (google woody breast to see what I'm talking about). Nevertheless i have to knock off a star for the chicken being tough. As a final note the lady in the drive through could have been a bit nicer.

Came in and ordered fish and chicken platter with fries and slaw, cheese curds, and a root beer float. The fish was good the chicken was old and hard, the fries were even more old and hard. When I mentioned to the cashier that the fries and chicken were old and hard she spoke to her manager and that was it. My food wasn't replaced, I wasn't even apologized to for the quality of the food. This place definitely needs new management!!!

My Mimi wanted Long John Silver's tonight. Despite the bad reviews, I have seen lately, we decided we would eat there too. It was so good! The food was fresh, it was hot, and tasted amazing. We wonder if they are under new management? (Ross-Osage location).
