I called in a single burrito so I wouldn't have to wait because usually it is a pretty long wait due to high volume. I arrived about 20 mins later to find they hadn't even turned my order in to be made. They did this to another guest that arrived right behind me. Although the food is GREAT the service part definitely needs some retraining.
