WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR FOOD!! Employees joking and playing as 1 employee makes all the orders. The ones slacking can't even be bothered to clean the lobby. Saw several to-go's being fulfilled while us plus 4 ahead waited endlessly for our food. Dine in should be PRIORITY. We should be told when we arrived that there's a 45 minute wait. We should not be hearing employees being praised for "GOOD PROGRESS " in the back when you have so many unhappy customers in your building! There was no Good Progress, are you kidding me? The manager here needs to be held accountable for this bs, when the business closes I won't be surprised!

Kid-friendliness: No, highchairs are filthy and a kid can't wait 45 damn minutes.

The wait was awful. For not being very busy it took over an hour for our 2 entrees to be ready. My husband walked up front to ask them to pack ours up because we couldn’t keep waiting. No apology, very apathetic. We really try to be patient and understanding but when you hear the kitchen joking about how they don’t care about ticket times it’s pretty frustrating. For it to not be very busy, it could have been cleaner also. Will not be returning.

Seal the food and drinks when it’s ordered for pick up from a third party!!! I cannot eat what was not sealed because that is not safe! I want a full refund!

This particular one is pretty terrible. The wait time for just to order the food is always awful. There’s never enough workers. Never anyone in the front to help and the kitchen is always understaffed.

It doesn’t seem that there is ever a time that we come to this location without some sort of issue. Whether it’s that they’re seriously understaffed running 45 minute ticket times, sandwiches not with the correct ingredients, or just not getting the right food sent out. Frustrating to say the least considering the ever inflating prices.

Long wait for food despite coming into an empty restaurant; soup cups filled slightly over halfway & sparse toppings on nachos; multiple mistakes on our order. Kids meals come with a cookie, but none came and no explanation. When I asked they said they were out, and despite there being rows of a different cookie behind her, she said they would not substitute. No price reduction on the kids meal though, of course :) The staff was friendly, this was the only upside.

The customer service component is lacking. The counters were sticky and trying to get someone to even acknowledge you're there is one thing. This was on the evening shift and I attribute this to management. Maybe next time it will go different.

Every time we visit this location, it's consistently dirty. It's impossible to sit anywhere because the tables are covered with leftover food from other customers. Despite this, employees frequently come out to the lobby but still walk past the mess.

Hot & Miserable inside and totally Overpriced! I decided to try McAlister’s Deli for lunch because on their online menu I noticed what I thought would be a great special - Choose 2 for $10.39 - I ordered 1/2 Reuben with Cup of Broccoli Soup. Then I made the critical mistake of getting a sweet tea which somehow brought my total to $16.32??? That just seems ridiculous to me. On top of that, the cashier was very rude and put-off when I asked for my receipt to try to figure out why my lunch was so expensive, and it was very hot and miserable inside. As I was waiting for my take-out (no drive through either), I was sweating and very uncomfortable considering I still had to go back to work like that. As bad as my experience was, I will say, that was a pretty good Reuben.

Clearly understaffed, with obvious room for improvement in management. What little staff was working seemed very friendly but exceptionally stressed. The food was okay, but not worth the long wait (both in line and after the kitchen "lost my ticket" for one cup of soup). I will not be returning.

Average is the only way to describe this McAlisters. They were slow taking orders, slow getting a refill done, and the place was struggling to stay clean. Everyone keeps dropping portion sizes including McAlisters so I guess that makes it average on that account too. The food tasted good and a gentleman getting off his shift stopped to refill my tea so the service wasn’t all bad.
