It doesn’t seem that there is ever a time that we come to this location without some sort of issue. Whether it’s that they’re seriously understaffed running 45 minute ticket times, sandwiches not with the correct ingredients, or just not getting the right food sent out. Frustrating to say the least considering the ever inflating prices.

The customer service component is lacking. The counters were sticky and trying to get someone to even acknowledge you're there is one thing. This was on the evening shift and I attribute this to management. Maybe next time it will go different.

Every time we visit this location, it's consistently dirty. It's impossible to sit anywhere because the tables are covered with leftover food from other customers. Despite this, employees frequently come out to the lobby but still walk past the mess.
