The cashier lady super sweet!! My husband asked for sweet tea since therewasnt any available by the drink station. While he was waiting he saw the manger peeling old date/time stickers off the pies and putting updated date/time stickers on them.. so dont think your getting your pies fresh ever time!

Ordered 2 large meals. Got cold fries, with the boxes half full. One burger was wrong, the other was still pink in the middle. While eating our food, the people who ordered behind us had to come back for missing items. Pleaae note, it was just after 8pm and the restaurant had 4 people working and business was dead.

I just left McDonald’s right now and not once have I ever had an issue before today. I ordered on the mobile app a large lemonade, medium Powerade and a large fry order and I get to the drive-thru window and they’re handing me the order, everything else was right but they are giving me a medium lemonade when I ordered a large no ice but so I decide to say I ordered a large and they go on to explain that it’s the same amount but they put it in the medium cup. I say I understand that but i didn’t order a medium I ordered a large. Why do I want the large cup because playing the monopoly game the large cup is the only one with the game pieces…but they were being so rude called a manager and kept wanting to explain that it’s the same amount of lemonade and basically I had to say fine give me a fresh cup of lemonade with ice if that’s a problem and they still kept saying it’s the same amount of lemonade just with ice and I said I know but that’s what I asked for a large lemonade cup if the ice was an issue then just put ice don’t give me a medium cup and try to explain the amount. I really just wanted the large cup for the monopoly piece i don’t know why they had to be rude about it and bring 2 cups to the window to try and explain the amount.

I travel a ton. Get breakfast delivered 2-3 times a week when I come to Amarillo. Never any straws. I have to bring my own. This one order takes the cake. This is literally the pancakes just delivered.

The lobby was absolutely filthy...trash was overflowing from the trash bins. There was trash and French fries all over the lobby floor. Tables were not clean and hadn't been wiped down. U couldn't even find a clean table if you were eating in. We had to wipe off our own table. Also there was no one bothering to come out and take care of the dirty lobby. Also they were not extremely busy where they couldn't send someone out to clean it. What a shame!
