We went and got breakfast and the service was terrible. Their morning workers are so rude and “rushed” every morning my order is wrong and tdy she handed me the wrong bag and told us bye and didn’t hand us drinks, we asked for our drinks and she just threw straws in the bag and gave us our drinks. I ordered and McGriddle and got and mcbiscuits and since I am already home and it is past 10:30 I can no longer get my food. Wasted money.

I've stopped here twice in the past few weeks for breakfast. I/we dined in both times and the friendliness of the employees and customer service has been exceptional. Seriously, who'd have thought you could ever say that about a McDonald's?!
The food is standard fare for McDonald's. Hit/miss if it's overcooked I've noticed. Slow to come out after ordering.
The decor is unlike other McDonald's (I posted pics and video) and odd for this region/area but it stands out. It's very metro; unlike the TX Panhandle - thankfully.

Great friendly staff and the fries are always fresh!
Terrible service, waited in line for 20 minutes because they parked us. The entire line was getting parked. We had 3 different workers come ask us what we ordered, gave us the wrong bag of food. When our food finally came it was wrong and missing items, they went to go grab the missing food and waited for another 5 minutes. When we got the "correct" bag and drive off it was still wrong. Terrible will not be coming back.

McDonald's on I-40 lakeside every time I go there it's always through the drive up the employees are so rude i and so inattentive this time and last time they got my order wrong and could care less I had to go back again today like they made the order wrong on purpose the employees are just so awful there they really need a new crew well I finally they finally got the order right and said there you go that was it I choose not to go back to that McDonald's at all ever

Says open until 12am. Pulled in drive thru at 11:11pm and they said they were closed. Would not serve.

This happened again, tonight. Google and door/windows store hours say open until 11p. Pulled in at 10p and all lights on, drive thru lit up. Pulled into drive thru and got dead air, the same happened to the car next to me in the other drive thru lane - we both waited for around 10 minutes. Pulled around, most employees were jumping in cars and leaving.
