We pulled up to get our food in line, only to be told we had to place a mobile order. You’ve got to be kidding. It’s late, the restaurant isn’t closed, yet we’re stuck spending 20 minutes figuring out an online order just because who actually keeps the McDonald’s app on their phone? Convenience has never felt so inconvenient.

There is no reason I should spend half of my hour long lunch break waiting on a mobile order for FAST FOOD. Not only that but then I have to go back through the line to get the other half of my order yall forgot and waste the other half of my break. This is ridiculous. Do not go to this location if you can avoid it!

I mean it was fine for what it was. I didn't want lettuce because I didn't want to take it off which also takes off the mayo. This was just a very sad sandwich imo. My burger was the thinnest McDonald's burger I've ever had. My friend ordered a shake and she had to go back to the counter to ask for it, she was ignored for a few minutes but finally got her shake. We just didn't have the best experience at this location over all. But you know, my daughter's food was fine and she enjoyed herself.

I think this is by far the worst McDonald’s location in the town. Food takes forever to receive and isn’t even fully cooked; the workers are ALWAYS to be busy playing around, goofing off or they’re playing on their phone. I know it’s food service, but still.. have some professionalism and competency. As well as some common sense! Good lord.
Retrain your employees and teach them to do better, or just close down. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just got back from this location. For one, they weren’t taking any orders through the drive thru because they were short staffed and were only doing online orders. I place an order online and sit out at curbside for 30 mins. Finally I go inside and I’m ignored for another 15 mins. Finally I caught the attention of a staff member and turns out my food had been sitting there almost 45 mins and it’s was cold. As I took my order and walked away a staff member asked two kids that were sitting there (who had been waiting longer than I was) what they were ordering. The kids replied “food” and the member looked at them and said “no shit” I turned around and told her that was no way to speak to children and she just shrugged her shoulders. I worked in fast food through all of my teens and I understand being short staffed and overwhelmed but speaking to kids that was is unacceptable. Plus my food was cold. If I could leave a negative star I would.

Literally waited almost 20 minutes AFTER we received our food in the parking space we were told to wait in . My hubby had to grab an employee that walked out to grab our 2 caramel macchiatos . Food was cold because they forgot our coffees. Y'all need to get it together,so completely ALWAYS disappointed with this ridiculous local. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is the worst location in Amarillo. Our food is ALWAYS wrong, cold or takes well over 20 minutes to get. They are always cussing at each other loud enough to travel through the drive thru windows. Its actually crazy. They take your order and make you pull around and wait, today they made us wait 20 minutes and I had to go in and get my own food. This location needs better management, training and workers. Seriously so insane it's actually incredible.

It doesn’t matter what your order, when you order or how you order… your order is going to be wrong, nasty, cold, and you are going to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. How is this location even still open? It’s been this way since the day they opened. The benefit of the doubt has gone out the window with this place.

The girl at your first drive through window was beyond rude.Rolled her eyes slammed the window.When I told her I did not need a receipt.Because I used my app for this purchase.Then proceeds to tell me to hold on comes back and says okay , you can go ... WTH this girl needs a job somewhere else and it's not McDonald's or anywhere that provides customer service.This was at 5:07 PM.Your first drive through window. If she were one of my associates, she would be fired.

I always have the worst experience at this McDonald's! Its probably the worst one in town! I was happy they built one on this side but it sucks! Never stay open, always take forever, employees rude!
