It doesn’t matter what your order, when you order or how you order… your order is going to be wrong, nasty, cold, and you are going to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. How is this location even still open? It’s been this way since the day they opened. The benefit of the doubt has gone out the window with this place.
usually have no issue with this location. today the took over 20 minutes to make my order. dont know whats going on
The girl at your first drive through window was beyond rude.Rolled her eyes slammed the window.When I told her I did not need a receipt.Because I used my app for this purchase.Then proceeds to tell me to hold on comes back and says okay , you can go ... WTH this girl needs a job somewhere else and it's not McDonald's or anywhere that provides customer service.This was at 5:07 PM.Your first drive through window. If she were one of my associates, she would be fired.

The McDonald's @ 58th & Georgia either needs to drop the online/app ordering or learn how to manage it.
I always have the worst experience at this McDonald's! Its probably the worst one in town! I was happy they built one on this side but it sucks! Never stay open, always take forever, employees rude!
I went through the drive through right before closing yesterday. The employees were happy to serve me. I truly appreciate y'all positive attitude even while at the end of your shift. THX!!!

The worst McDonald’s to get food from! If you don’t mobile order or come through drive thru they don’t care to take your order! The kids in here are always cussing and making the managers look bad! Never come here

Sloppy work. Especially durning the nights! *will no longer come to this location*. Constantly forgetting items, sloppy work over sauces sandwiches. If you get a medium fry they’ll put the amount for a small. Chicken nuggets are 9/10 times served cold old and hard. Very disgusting very disappointing time and time again.

All workers sitting around dining area, paid for our order on big screen, waited for 20 minutes, went to ask what's going on, showed our receipt, kid took it back and never came back to talk to us, waited a little longer, went back girl came up and said they never got any order,that I didn't pay for anything, had to show my bank statement where it showed I payed, got food, cold bread hard, never going back there again.

If you want to be disrespected and yelled at by the employees and have the manager have the audacity to say you, the customer is the one I the wrong... this is the place for you... the drive thru employees got our orders wrong, and we're upset at us, the customers, for stating we had the wrong order. In what world is it OK for a drive thru customer step out to correct the order and get yelled at by the employees??? Wow, just simply wow.. if that was my job, my manager would have me in contempt for speaking to the customer that way. I will NEVER go back to this establishment.. FAIR WARNING to all!! This place is the WORST!! Please note, that a 1 star was posted.. but they really deserve zero stars.. WORST establishment in Amarillo!

No matter how many chances I give this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. I shouldn’t have to go through multiple times to get everything I paid for. I use to work in fast food so I get mix ups happen but EVERY TIME is unacceptable. It really doesn’t take that long to make sure the whole order is in the bag and correct and it doesn’t take that long to read a customers order back to them. At this point I’m just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to the location on Teckla.
