I only been here a few time and those few time was horrible, I was missing two large frys , after I told them they didn't believe me and asked to check the bag and other times on the frappe they don't drizzle it, they just leave a pile on top. I stopped going there they also waste a lot of people's time.

I've been to this location a few times and you definitely get long wait times, messed up food, and poor service. The sad thing is you hear the workers cussing each other out or a fight break out. McDonald's use to be a fun place to get a quick burger. But this place has definitely earned a do not go here reputation.

Staff and management were rude and confrontational. Items missing from order and when addressed it was made to be my fault. Several clients ahead of us were from drive thru and they had to park, come in and correct their orders. Poor paying client experience.

The food is what you expect for McDonald's but this one can be pretty slow. I've had some long waits and it's frustrating to watch the workers back there just moving at a very slow pace well you're kind of in a hurry to get out the door.

They need to fire everybody or retrain them, horrible customer service. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order. Then they come to the window and ask what's our order was 10 minutes after waiting for our order. When we got our food it was cold after waiting all that time. Food wasn't even fully cooked, close this place down and retrain your workers!

There was NO customer service inside. They want everyone to use the electronic ordering machines. There is no personal service anymore. Finally, a lady came from the kitchen area to take my order. She was very nice.

This location has been HORRIBLE since it opened. I took my daughter for lunch today & got myself a "large" fry but its more than HALF EMPTY! ? I've been here 5 times since y'all opened and every experience has been AWFUL. Save your money & go somewhere better.
