I came to the drive thru trying to order they asked about the mobile app per usual but then didnt tell me theyll be with me in a minute didnt sag anything they took the other 3 cars order that was in front of me and in the other lane then still not a word from the speaker so im just waiting patiently then a car goes in the other lane they immediately start talking there order so i take it upon myself to say hello just for them to say theyll be with me in a minute very rudely so i just go inside in hopes theyll take my order but a lady walk up to the counter basically asking what i wanted very ugly so i asked for confirmation if i could order i orders only 7 things eould have got more but the lady just gave the total didnt tell her i was done ordering either she cut me off gave me the total then when i received the order theres only 1 item in there so like im confused like yall know yall played mind you i ordered hot cakes that are supposed to come with my choice a sausage or bacon yet it didnt come with either and i didnt even get asked by far the worst experience at a McDonald’s ive ever had there was only 1 older guy that was nice and welcoming i personally think whoever is in charge needs to replace the entire crew besides the 1 nice older man

Came through the drive through, ordered one drink, paid for it with my card at the first window. After paying with my debit card I was unapologetically told that they didn't have any diet coke. I was given a bunch of change when I asked for my money back.

Went through drive thru to get the $5 meal. Order tea to drink and had to wait over 20 minutes to get them. I had to go inside to get my drinks. Very disappointed in the service

I don't eat lunch or dinner at McDonald's so I have no clue about the other hours, but the breakfast hours have incredibly professional and quick service. I've came twice and both times I had a great experience dining in. I only put 3 stars for the atmosphere because I am old school and miss how McDonald's used to look.

They didn't gave me a receipt, they had to ask what we order because they didn't have the order on their screen anymore and then I get home and the fries are disgusting soggy, no salt the McChicken looked like it was made with hate the McChicken patty was old it tasted old.

The restaurant was depressing to be in its design. Burgers were okay, but fries were limp and didn't seem to be very fresh. Ordered through the kiosk, sat down with the table number thing, and food wasn't brought to the table. My wife noticed food sitting on the counter, noticed it was ours, and retrieved it. We won't be returning to this location.
