Why is ordering online an option if the entire drive thru gets their order first….waiting more than 15 mins while the entire drive thru is served. Don’t offer a service if you cannot provide it
The worst customer service ever !!! I paid for my meal and no fries were provided I couldn’t wait any longer due to having to get back to work!!!! It’s a meal how difficult is it to include the fries🤬🤬🤬
order always mess up..they added things which we didn't order.
use app to order and ask husband to pick up "they said he has to bring my phone to pick up the order" which i gave him the order code and was paid thru app as well.
