I had ordered an online order just 5 minutes before arriving and on my end it said it went through but it says it didn't on theirs. When I went to explain the situation to someone there, they refused to understand my situation and said I had to order again. When I asked if I was gonna get charged twice, they had no idea and didn't bother wanted to help me. Worst customer service.

I don't know if I just happen to be there at the right time, but I tell ya, I've never had more fresh nuggets and fries ever! Is 6:10pm just a really good time to go to get fresh stuff? It was awesome! Whoever cooked at 6:10 on Monday 11/17...it was awesome!!

Ordered the McRib combo meal asked for half sweet and unsweetened tea ! Idk what thy gave me but it tasted like rotten coffee mixed with unsweetened tea! Very disgusting ! Went to get a bite of my McRib and it was cold! Another dissappointment! Tried call the store like 6 times no answer I finally left a message lets hope they call me back so I can ask for a refund ! My dinner was not as I hoped it would be !

This place needs to update its hours of operation or shut down. They close whenever they feel like it. Ive seen them close 3 hours early before and tonight again they are closed before their hours say they should be.

Just left this place with the absolutely worst food I've ever received from a McDonalds in the US!!! OMG they told me to pull up they were making it fresh, I can tell this stuff was hours old! Eeeewwwww!!! NEVER AGAIN! Who's the manager because his place sucks!

We placed a mobile order but when we arrived at 8:43pm the manager Bailey said they are closed. I explained we have a mobile order and already paid. She said they already cleaned everything and we would just have to ask for a refund on the app. This is very poor customer service. It adds a completely new meaning to it. She was very rude and yelling at me over the speaker in the drive thru. The drive thru is supposed to close at 11pm. The hours should be updated on the app if you aren’t going to serve your customers.

If there were an option for 0 stars that’s what I would select. I used the mobile app, just to have to wait 20 minutes standing right in front of the counter for an employee to assist me. Numerous people walked in after me and were helped. I promise I’m not invisible but it sure felt like it.

Waited 40 minutes for a cold/old McCrispy, didn't call my oder out after I had to go up and let them know they hadn't made my order yet, an employee had a friend here and tended to him and got him his food almost instantly even though he ordered 30 minutes after me.

Treated extremely rude my mom asked for a senior coffee. They gave her a cold coffee that seamed to have been sitting there all day. She asked for fresh coffee please and were told to wait. They gave us the same cold coffee in a fountain drink cup. We were told to wait again and left without her coffee. People were wearing crop tops and leopard print leggings just unprofessional and extremely bad service.

You sure do make it hard to make a complaint of course the staff is going to act like they don't know how to get ahold of the restaurant manager. The manager on duty in the am she is awful! This place is a joke and from the reviews we will not be returning to this location again!

They lock the bathrooms and then are too busy to provide the code. Don’t eat at places that do this. 2nd incident: today when I asked the manager for the code he claimed to not work there and then proceeded to check in with staff after entering the kitchen. They didn’t provide me the code until another customer asked. Seems like the next step will be an ADA lawsuit.
