Why is ordering online an option if the entire drive thru gets their order first….waiting more than 15 mins while the entire drive thru is served. Don’t offer a service if you cannot provide it

Food was good of course but customer service was horrible. The guy handing my food was too busy talking to someone to pay attention that the order he was handing out was wrong. It’s apparent that you cannot talk and work at the same time. Probably will start going to another McDonald’s

Food took forever even though the store was empty. The bathrooms all have codes on them. Had to stand to wait to get an employees attention for them to open the door and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

Do something about those high schools kids that come in there and yell, etc. No one ever says anything to them about being morons. Do you have a store manager there?

Don't use the app for Teckla. They just push your order back until you show up, then you are stuck there watching cars go through the drive through while you wait in your car for 20 minutes. Even though you ordered before you left home. Stupid.

12:39 pm 2/1/2025 While waiting for an order to be finished I witnessed the manager screaming at her employees so loud it could be heard from the playroom. She repeatedly screamed at the crew that they were lazy and that she was "carrying" the weight of their team. Skinny young female manager with long dark brown hair and cheetah print glasses. Order took 20 minutes past scheduled pickup time for mobile order.

This McDonald’s is awful, the service is terrible and the food was cold. I waited to get my food finally after someone acknowledged me after I asked and was ignored.
Gosh where to begin. They didn't put any of my kids fries in their happy meals or their sauce. Lied that they did put in the sonic 3 toy but all 3 only got a dumb puzzle!!
