This place will not honor in app discounts. Wanted to place my order with the cashier because I had exactly five bucks to my name. I used app code to place an order for the 20-piece chicken nugget at 40% off what should only be $4 and change with the discount. I'm not sure what happened but the app code disappeared off of my screen and says it's been processed but then they want to charge me $8 and change for the chicken nuggets not the discounted price. The manager has no ability to go in and correct the pricing. So because I didn't get my paycheck this week and I only had $5 to my name I don't get to eat dinner. I don't think that you should be in a management position without the ability to fix the customer's order. The manager suggested I get the $5 meal. I can't even do that. I don't even have enough money to cover tax. I think it's a total shame that I have to walk away with my $5 and hungry because your system does not work correctly.

I visited this McDonald’s on September 23rd at 3:45 PM, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s.
My receipt clearly showed the items I ordered, but what I received was completely wrong.
Even worse, one of the products was served with butcher bacon — something that should never be on the ordered items.
When I raised the issue, the staff refused to admit their mistake and insisted they “did the right thing,” instead of correcting it.
This is not just poor customer service, it is disrespectful to the city, the community, and basic food standards. For McDonald’s to allow this level of negligence in Mecca is completely unacceptable.

There is old black lady with safety vest on in the morning time, she is damn rude it will be my first and last time to come here . She is terrible with the customer she acts like she is over everything. She shouldn’t be like this with the customer.
