I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I understand why McDonald’s has lost so much of their customer base in the recent years, the prices are high but worst is when they can’t even make a simple burger right…

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fish filet yet somehow they missed putting cheese on both. I don’t mind the price increase but at least make it right!

Drove up to the drive thru no answer after at least 1 minutes
If memory serves it 3min from the time you order till the time you leave. .After no answer drove up to the window they didn't take order there . Which makes no sense . Said I had to drive all the way around again . Come on please. That's where you can originally take the order.

Ordered on the app and they forgot my hash brown (which was no big deal, I wasn’t mad) caught it in time to go back around and they were extremely rude about it. Terrible service from the manager working there in the morning.

I went through the drive-thru around 11 PM on Friday, 9/12, and had a very disappointing experience. The employee at the window refused service, claiming we were yelling at the speaker even though we were not near it at the time. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee closed the window, said “have a good night,” and walked away. I felt dismissed and disrespected, and this is not the kind of customer service I expect. Management should be aware so situations like this can be handled more appropriately in the future.

Good music! Great employees! I went in today for lunch and a woman in a maroon-ish burgundy button down was absolutely sweet to me! She checked on me while I sat inside and ate. She deserves a raise ASAP! Please promote her!!!!

Honestly this was the worst time for me. I ordered a large caramel frappee with no whip cream and extra caramel along with a happy meal that was supposed to come with a Lil McDonald's toy and chocolate milk. But instead we got a regular toy, white milk and instead of my frappee I got a large cup of plain vanilla ice cream and a caramel sundae. I have no idea how that was mistaken for a caramel frappee. And yes I have pictures of everything cause honestly this kind of mistake shouldn't have happened. And what's worse is that when I try to call the McDonald's it rings and rings until it sounds like someone answers the phone just to hang up and not talk to me. That's just ridiculous.
