I rarely come to McDonald's anymore, as everything has gotten more expensive and about 30% smaller than before. I usually order mcdoubles with the buns steamed and that makes them more palatable, but pay over 3 dollars for a burger that's about the size of a slider? It's not a good option unless you're starving and there's nothing else around, the place was clean and the staff was friendly so I'll give them that.

I ordered through the app for delivery and specifically asked for extra napkins, but I got none. They also forgot to give me a straw for my large soda. Of course, the food is usually good. However, they nearly always forget the napkins, condiments and straws. Not just at this location, but most of the McDonald's locations on the west side of Amarillo. I will be removing the app from my phone tonight.

Lady at the drive through needs an attitude adjustment. Litterly told me here take your food and I was in the drive threw, Coffee was cold,and my drink didn't have ice in it

I asked to order two more sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles while at the drive thru. I told them I'm willing to park and wait. They just threw four mcgriddle patties (JUST PATTIES) in a bag. Didn't realize it until I got back to work.

Every single time I come here and order. Even the gemlake/blvd location. Around dinner time 7-8pm my fries are old. My nuggets are old. It used to be fresh every single time. now not anymore. McDonald’s is getting worse by the years. With laziness. Fries should be re made every 30 minutes. My fries always taste like they been sitting all day..
